Positives:
Pinnacle is often considered the premier offshore sportsbook and there is a
reason behind this. Pinnacle Sports has the best lines available anywhere.
It is almost impossible to find anyone with a better line than these guys.
They have always paid their winners and have been around for a LONG time.
Pinnacle has an excellent selection of things to bet on (including props)
and their website is easy to navigate. I’ve never had a problem with
deposits or withdrawals and everything has gone extremely smoothly. These
guys are just a step ahead of everyone else out there in my opinion.
Negatives:
About the only negative I ever here about Pinnacle is that their customer
support could use some improvement. They are almost impossible to reach by
phone so you should plan on emailing them if you have any issues. The only
positive to come from this is Pinnacle is so good you generally won’t need
to contact customer support. They respond to emails fairly quickly but it
is sometimes annoying having no one to call if you have an issue. Pinnacle
does not offer great bonuses like other books because their reputation
speaks for itself. They generally do not feel the need to lure customers
when those customers will be attracted to them anyway due to the fact they
are often regarded as one of the top overall sportsbooks.
Overall:
Pinnacle is one of the best out there, if not THE best.. No one has this
combination of incredible lines, reputation, and ease associated with
placing a bet. The customer service may be annoying but in my four years
with Pinnacle, I’ve only had to contact them once and my situation was
resolved within an hour. If I had to recommend one sportsbook for folks to
have, Pinnacle Sports would have to be that sportsbook.

Whoah, what a negative though
I'd say most of the serious businesses these days differ only in customer support.
