Atlantic Lounge, a newer RTG, under 6 months old, I believe, still has a Free $20 Chip - no deposit - promotion. A call, just before this writing, confirmed that they do accept American players for it. The chip must be played on Real-Series slots only.

I can testify that they do pay, only that they remove the $20 off the balance, should you be up. So, yea, you'd have to hit some features, as I did, to have a chance.
