"Oh, Ancient God of Backgammon"
Back when I was attending college, I learned and played backgammon with a student from Iran. Supposedly, backgammon originated in Persia. He was a pretty good backgammon player who could still beat me plenty despite my attaining a high level of skill. He would do funny things while playing...the funniest was whenever he needed a particular roll, he would roll the die over his eyes and exclaim, "OH ANCIENT GOD OF BACKGAMMON !!" before he threw the die. And he was serious!! AND he would get his needed roll more than he statistically should !! Infuriated the hell out of me !!fru212
