That being said, what you've posted there so far is convincing. Unless Slotchik has some proof that she then forwarded you that money, I'd say she's . So if I understand it correctly, she received payments that were supposed to go to you, by changing the payment info to her own Neteller account?

You're right about one thing. Theft is theft, and it's not acceptable period. Doesn't matter if it's a pretty girl, or an idiot who thinks he's God. It's wrong, plain and simple. And Michele, while I don't have all the facts (as you've chosen to not comment).....if you took that money, shame on you. And Damian, it's not often that Caruso and I agree on anything....but in this case yes. You should definitely try and get your money back.

Pretty discouraging few days, just goes to show I guess you really can't trust anyone.

kind of embarrassing to run a site and your own people steal from you. Also slotchik admitted to two people , I soon as I find the email. I will post it. I just want her to fool anybody else.

Sad part is she has stolen from other programs and they want come in the open cause they dont want to look bad.

I know this is true, but then reputation of the accuser has to come into play in the forums as well as the people backing the accuser. You just can't post the proof and be able to hold a case in court. Thats why nobody has seen the proof on Cipher, and I got to say we have several emails and other proof on him that is being used. Damian is a stand up guy, he believes in what is right and protecting THE PLAYER PERIOD. When I first started getting the cipher info I couldn't believe it, now after reading the evidence there is no shadow of a doubt in my mind that:
1. cipher accepted the 20,000 from Catman
2. He accepted 10,000 + from other players that wish to remain silent thus far.
3. He agreed to repay Catman 15% on the account balance every month no matter what the balance was.
4. That Cipher in his own words is *Solely responsible for the money's accepted by him from Catman.
5. Cipher is refusing repayment of anyone's money

So this is why the proof cannot be released as of yet, we MUST keep our case solid.
Anyone that has been ripped off by cipher can contact Damian or myself and wants to remain silent can, the only parties on the forum that would have said info is staff involved in this matter period.

Hi Sir William, I think you misunderstood me. I absolutely believe Catman's story 100%, I've seen all the proof I need. You don't need to convince me.

I had been referring to Slotchik in particular. I've heard the story for at least a year now, but had never seen any proof of it until today. I didn't want to judge someone guilty until I had. The emails that Damian posted puts things in a new light re: Slotchik. Damian could make a hundred videos accusing her of theft, but until he posted those emails, it was hearsay and nothing more. Hope you get my point?

LOL, sorry I wasn't attacking you, I just was trying to explain our stance at this point. As Damian said in his post, it is a little embarrassing to admit it when you been robbed, in his case he trusted his employees and they took advantage of him. And as a Forum owner that is quite a deal. Thats why we asking people to come foreward to get this taken care of, we learn new methods each and every time we go after someone for payment. And yes we do take it very seriously.

She was staying with her sister, just came out BK. I check everything. Would have cost me more money to go after her. and MArk was even worst. I would be hurting his kids, which two times I help him pay his child support.

We check backgrounds, clean house since then. Cipher is the only one that was kind of surpise us all.

I sent all the info to CM, at first I was not, cause of this email last email. But i have to over look our bad feelings and make sure slotchik want hurt any one else

Damian, I've only ever seen the videos about Slotchik so I'm not that well informed about how everything happened. I'm not sure if I have the whole story of what happened.

One of them changed the payment info (on the affiliate site) to their own Neteller account. Was that Mark or Michele who did that? What I mean is which one of them actually got the payment? And what did they do then, split it up between them? I've heard rumours that Michele said she was doing what Mark told her to do. Again, just what I've heard, I've never spoken to her myself about it. Last time I talked to her was at least 4 years ago.

The only thing I'm sure of is that it definitely looks like you didn't know the payment had been sent at all. Why else would you have written to the aff company asking about it.

And one last thing I was sort of wondering about is where do you stand on this with Mark? Last I heard he was in jail. Is he still there? The only reason I'm asking is because in all the videos I've watched, you seem to focus on Slotchik for the most part, but hardly mention Mark at all. Have you spoken to him at all? Don't get me wrong Damian, if she stole from you, then you have every right to be pissed off and to try and get your money back if you can. I just wondered if you blame Mark as much as her? If they did it together, they deserve equal blame and shame.

Sorry for so many questions and the rambling, I've got the flu and have taken way too much medicine today I think, lol. I'd just like to hear the full story once and for all, that's all.

I've been ripped off too by someone online, but it was only $200. But the excuses I got then reminded me so much of the Cipher saga. Money's on its way, money's been sent, money will be sent, I gave it to someone else to send....blah, blah, blah. They must have a handbook they share.

A lesson to all I guess is to trust no one with your money, period.

Pinababy69, mark is still around he uses the name pocket55, he a regular lucker at thiscasinosucks. (sucks I am not trying to start noting, we can play another day) He also started another site but it failed. Mark is not trying to come on with his regular name acting like he did no wrong. Also I found out , which my jack up mind is over stuff right now,, that the money i gave him to pay his child support never got to his wife. I know one payment did.

Mark was in on a deal with a bingo site. Which I never approved. Slotchik hook it up, they spilit the money, He told me since I was out of town, he had a certian amount. I cant recall right now, when I find the email I will post it. All the bingo money was going to the staff.

Now I know what check you are talking about. He did, supposedly, recieve a check from his brother that bounced. This is the reason that he wrote all the bad checks. One of the reasons that he was in prison. I assume that it may be true. I do not know for sure.

Someday if he does not start being more responsible towards the kids, he will pay the price. He will end up with two grown kids that want nothing to do with him. And then he will be all alone. This will be the choice that he makes for himself.

Slotchic, has stolen before, just ask around. What said the people that told me she was no good Jinnia, has welcome her back? Slotchik, after we caught on she stoled the 32 red money, ask me for a bonus. Also slot was suppose send everything to me, and I was to pay out. This was told to her many times.

Thanks Damian. I post at CM and I post at Sucks, and I'm not interested in getting involved in any fights between any of the boards. I do my own thing, and make up my own mind. I just wanted to know a bit more of the story is all. Sounds to me like you had two bad apples here, actually three I guess with Cipher. You're gonna have to get the CIA or the FBI or something to start screening your staff, lol. J/K, it's really not a joking matter. People getting ripped off, and backstabbed by people they trust, is not funny at all.

All I can say is karma.....everyone gets exactly what they deserve in the end. But you shouldn't let Mark slip out of it either, it sounds like he is every bit as guilty as Slotchik is. Six of one, half a dozen of another. And really, the amounts stolen don't matter. A thief is still a thief, doesn't matter if they steal $1000 or $20,000.
