1.) $2,000 up front for 20 players ( $100 a player ) Once we reach the 20, we re-negotiate.

2.) Nothing upfront but when we reach the 20, we get $2500 ( $500 more ) and re-negotiate for a higher per player value ( possibly $150/player )

I'm going to take the other deal...the $2500 plus more per player. Since you said we'll get easily those 20 players, it'll be more lucritive for us. Just make sure once I get the banners, that you get them up ASAP!!!

They sure as fuck didn't send the money to me. Do you think I would have sat in jail for 25 days if I had access to that kind of money???? Ask them for a neteller reciept for the transfer of funds, or at least the email address they were given for the neteller transaction. It will PROVE it wasn't sent to me. Everything I relayed to you about that deal came right from her. I wasn't a part of the negoiations. Period.

I have tried to call slot but either she didn't pay her damn phone bill or the number is disconnected. And she never gave me her snail mail addy.

32red is a stand up group, and if you request payment reciepts, they will provide them. You have to forgive me for not beign around, but I have a mountain of shit to deal with right now. The lawyer bill alone is gonna kill me, much less trying to avoid doing 18-24 months over a few bad checks. I hope you are not seriously thinking that I ripped you off. I already responded to that when we talked the other day.

Because:

1) You cannot post at Bailey's, so cannot tell them,

and

2) She's an obvious slot junkie like the majority of Bailey's sheep, so even the junkies who know what she did love their own kind too much to start raising issues.

If you have cast-iron proof of what she did, I don't know why you can't claim back at least some assets she has through the courts. I can't imagine she has absolutely nothing.
