I do not have a dog in this hunt but if this had been done to me I have a few suggestions of what I would do.

First I would contact the irs and give them his name it seems he/she has gotten a lot of money from other people and from gambling I would say not one penny of taxs has been paid on.

Second I would contact the department of justice and give them the links to his/her site why because he/she is violating several state and federal laws the USA needs a chance to make an example of one of these inside Anerica sites any way.

Third Iwould file a law suit don'i cost much to file and if you win all cost will have to be paid by him/her and this will give much public attention to this person. Then your attorney can make him/her turn over all information pertaining to his/her system she/her has been selling and I am sure the government would love to know all about that.

Fourth I would contact evey government office in that persons state and your own and let them know what he or she has done I would even contact local police departments I think you get the picture.

Fifth post on every gaming site on the net then I would buy a small hosting package and put up a little site about this person and get it on the search engines and post the link all over the net.

There is just so much more you can do to get a conclusion in your favor on this matter if you have the will and the cost would be small.

Well I'm glad to hear that you have an opinion in this regard REGS as I'm certain you've reviewed all of the relevant facts hereto.

Going forward though on a serious note it should suffice to say that there will be no further attempts on my part in any shape, matter or form to settle this matter until such time as CATMAN DUDE (aliases too numerous to mention) has legally satisfied himself that nothing of an untoward nature has occurred with regards this issue.

Until that occurrs I will have nothing further to add to this conversation.

Have a good one.

Cipher

All I know for sure is you have violated the (wire act) and that is a federal offense and I think the DOJ should be called in on this matter.

Its quite simple my friend you took money from Usa citizens and played it on illegal gambling sites.

( The US Department of Justice has consistently maintained that online gambling is illegal. In a letter to US broadcast organisations dated 11 June 2003, John G.Malcolm, the Deputy Assistant Attorney General, Criminal Division,of the United States Department of Justice wrote;

"Notwithstanding their frequent claims of legitimacy, Internet gambling and offshore sportsbook operations that accept bets from customers in the United States violate Sections 1084, 1952, and 1955 of 18 of the United States Code, each of which is a Class E felony. Additionally, pursuant to Title 18. United States Code. Section 2, any person Or entity who aids or abets in the commission of any of the above-listed offenses is punishable as a principal violator of those statutes. The Department of Justice is responsible for enforcing these statutes and we reserve the right to prosecute violators of the law.")

RegUSA,

Unfortunately for Cipher, Catmandude is not the only one he owes money to. Until all debts are settled, I have a feeling this matter will not be going away any time soon.

I think it's sickening to think that thieves can steal someones money on a promise and get away with it. Course I don't like scam artists anyway, they don't know how to make an honest living. But I do believe in karma and karma is returned 10 fold. It's just sad this has happened in our midst, not once but twice now.

You know, I decided to read all the posts on this matter and by the time I was done I was infuriated!! Cipher you are one of the reasons that online gaming is at risk of being banned. Your Goddamned good and lucky it wasn't my money you stole. If it were you would have your legs broke and a hot poker stuck in your ass every day for every day you didn't pay me !! If you think you can hide behind your computer or that your so called friends in the FBI and Secret Service can help you you would be sadly mistaken. You can be found you fuckin thief. I am so pissed off on this matter I'm contiplating on filing the charges myself!!!

PAY THE PEOPLE YOU OWE ASSHOLE BEFORE IT"S TOO LATE !!

Ps. For those who had to read my filth, I apologize, I never talk this way in public forum. I'm so mad on this matter my blood is boiling.

You hit the nail on the head Sir...garbage like that does nothing but give all the so-called righteous people the ammunition they need to keep right on preaching the evils of online gambling . Anyone that rips anyone off of any amount of money deserves to go down .
