Cipher, I notice you have been logged in all day. I notice that you are very quick to respond when somebody agrees with you (rare) or somebody makes fun of you (common). Oddly enough, when a question comes up that you know you can't answer you just ignore it and pretend that it doesn't even exist. Instead, you resort to guessing who the poster is and in turn make yourself look even less credible. I am aware you think I am some check scamming mastermind from the South and I think that is simply fantastic!!! That just proves your ignorance even further. Anyways, let's take another crack at getting some questions answered.
1) If your system is indeed as effective as you claim it is, then why do you sell it?
2) If your system is indeed as effective as you claim it is, then why do you need to take money from other people in order to make money?
3) Although it is pretty clear how you intend to handle the Catman situation, how do you plan on going about paying back the rest of the people you have allegedly defrauded?
4) Recently, somebody visited your forum and asked if they could use your software in a live casino. Your response was along the lines of, "yes, but you may get a lot of stares sitting at the table with a laptop." Now I was under the impression that your software took advantage of RNG's. How would your software apply to a live game? Does it have triggers for empty vs. full ash trays?
5) Do you actually believe your system works? I would have never thought to even ask that question, but considering I have seen the way you treat clients and the way you conduct yourself on these forums, obviously a reputation means absolutely nothing to you. You either clearly believe the software will just sell itself or that the software is worthless. Which one is it, and why?
6) How much money would you claim to have won from the Casinos over the last, say, 5 years using your software?
I know that 6 questions is probably quite burdensome, but I also realize you will ignore all of them because you can't answer a single one. Final question just for good measure... maybe Damian should take this one:
7) How long until we can expect to see Cipher Labs San Quentin?

Okay, if you refuse to answer the above, then how about this question - are there in fact other "investors" that you owe? Yes or no. Silence=yes.

Cipher guarantees that he will not be paying his other "investors". This is almost too easy...
Cat,
Normally, I'm pretty fond of the old adage " Never argue with a pig. It wastes your time and annoys the pig".
But in this case, I'd suggest you keep him talking/posting. He is obviously unfamiliar with the first rule of holes:
Rule of Holes #1 - When you find yourself in one, stop digging.
<the fun never ends with this guy, does it?>
Hang tough and see this thing through, Cat. Once you get the right people involved (see previous "Acceptable" post) it will be a cakewalk. You'll see.
After all you've been through, once things start rolling, sit back and enjoy the show - you deserve it.

It is obvious that Bruce/Cipher is trying to bait us into making statements he can use against us, and find out what our legal strategy is.
This morning (2/1/07) was very quiet on this thread. Nobody made any post at all since 3:03am Eastern Time until 9:55am Eastern Time when Cipher decided to post a reply to an earlier post. Then at 12:17pm Eastern Time, Cipher posts that he has a forum dedicated to LANIDAR on Cipher's website. LANIDAR and Cipher go back and forth but still Damian didn't chime in.
This must got Cipher mad as then at 1:15pm Eastern Time, he again unnecessarily takes on Damian. An hour and a half later, the postings come again.
To those still not sure whether to join us in our legal battle against Cipher, ask yourselves..."Is Cipher earning me money while he is spending time doing all these postings?"
Proverbs {26:4} Don't answer a fool according to his folly,
lest you also be like him.
{26:5} Answer a fool according to his folly,
lest he be wise in his own eyes.
{26:11} As a dog that returns to his vomit,
so is a fool who repeats his folly.
{26:12} Do you see a man wise in his own eyes?
There is more hope for a fool than for him.
{26:13} The sluggard says, "There is a lion in the road!
A fierce lion roams the streets!"
{26:14} As the door turns on its hinges,
so does the sluggard on his bed.
{26:15} The sluggard buries his hand in the dish.
He is too lazy to bring it back to his mouth.
{26:16} The sluggard is wiser in his own eyes
than seven men who answer with discretion.
{26:17} Like one who grabs a dog's ears
is one who passes by and meddles in a quarrel not his own.
{26:18} Like a madman who shoots torches, arrows, and death,
{26:19} is the man who deceives his neighbor and says, "Am I not
joking?"
{26:20} For lack of wood a fire goes out.
Without gossip, a quarrel dies down.
{26:21} As coals are to hot embers,
and wood to fire,
so is a contentious man to kindling strife.
{26:24} A malicious man disguises himself with his lips,
but he harbors evil in his heart.
{26:25} When his speech is charming, don't believe him;
for there are seven abominations in his heart.
{26:26} His malice may be concealed by deception,
but his wickedness will be exposed in the assembly.
{26:27} Whoever digs a pit shall fall into it.
Whoever rolls a stone, it will come back on him.
{26:28} A lying tongue hates those it hurts;
and a flattering mouth works ruin.

Okay, I think that is enough time. It is clear that you do in fact have other investors that you owe. Now that that is established, once again - yes or no, are you eating a donut right now? and again silence=yes.

In july 1986 I came to USA , Miami, for a vacation, I met a superb woman, I married her in 1987.
In 1989 we moved back to Italy, were I come from.( wrong move!!! )
At time I was quite OK money wise.( I wouldnt have been vacationing otherwise)
Gambling, in Napoli, destroyed me. I had to sell a real estate , to pay off my debts. With the little,( very little), money left I came back to USA. It was 1994. I was 44, my daughter was 5. my wife was..??????
I had to start as a busboy.......than as a waiter.....than as a Maitre D' and so on.
(I always been a customer all my (previous) life.)
Few years later................
Gambling, as those dormant volcano, came back in to my life, but this time its
less aggressive than it was before.
Ive been in bad shape many times since, but Ive always relied on my work and left gambling when I could not anymore.
Not to long ago I won $25K,you know about it, I paid some obligations I had, and ..............voila.
Cipher, make the right thing.!!!!!!!!!!

Oh, and your input has been what, Five Posts Newbie? Insightful?
This thread has been a bash-fest from start to finish. How do you catagorise the various exhortations of "FUNK YOU" or whatever that means? What, they represented "intelligence" and the above exchange "amusement"?
Go back to Kindergarten.
If the money is to be collected through the courts, so be it. If the claimant has watertight grounds, there won't be a problem. This was always heading towards the courts. With that in mind, why is it still being discussed?
Now let's have a few more "FUNK YOU"s and get back on familiar territory. I don't think the majority of you have any particular interest in seeing this settled. I think you are enjoying behaving like goofballs. It's certainly really helping the situation, LMAO.

Are you saying that in order to be insightful, one must post the most?
That response wasn't really directed at you as you probably know. You simply tee'd it up very nicely for me to point out a few unpleasant things that are in Cipher's future. He really blew it by not paying the poor guy when he had the chance(s).
For Cipher, the party's over. He just doesn't seem to realize it yet.

<BTW - Just because you don't recognize the handle, doesn't mean I'm a newbie to forums, the online gaming world and life. But you probably already know that>
