When did you start gambling?

I have been gambing at land based since 1997, and have been gambling online since 2001

What do you think about the bonus that casino give out now?

I do not like bonuses at all and never claim them. I think they are a trap and not really an incentive or reward although a lot of so called bonus hunters would disagree with me as they say they make money off of them


What would like to see done to impove online operations??

My main concern with online casinos is the payout time. I think what Phoenician Group was doing with the instant payouts is really what all casino groups should be doing no matter what software they are using or banking method (IE. Neteller) I would also like to see better customer service and CS agents who are more educated on the operations they are working for

What casino operation do you think is run smoothly??

I think that all Vegas Partner Lounge Casinos are excellent. The customer service is top notch and they payout within one day after the 24 hour pending period. I do not mind waiting with them as I know it will get paid to my Neteller within that time frame.
