Casino Vega Stiffing Me For $5000
Casino Vega is making the lamest excuse ever for not paying some one. Pasted below is the reason they have given me in a support ticket. They also do "security upgrades" to reset their progressive jackpots and have stopped responding to my emails.
Casino Vega: Unfortunately, I have some bad news for you. Our security department has made their final ruling on your account. Since you have joined, you have made a total of 9 deposits adding up to $1550. Since then, you have cashed out 11 times adding up to $5510. The statistical odds of winning at blackjack is 44.49 percent. However, you have managed to win 355.84 percent. It is not unusual to beat the casino every so often, but you have managed to consistently beat our casino since you have joined with us. If this happened in a land based casino, you would be asked not to return for suspicion of card counting or other unfair activity. They have a right to decide who plays in their casino, and so do we. You have left here with more than you came with, and we wish you all the best in your future endeavors.
My Response:
1. I did not cheat. 100% swear to God I did not cheat.
2. How could I be counting cards? Online they are shuffled every hand.
3. 44.49% sounds like the probability of winning on any given hand. Since I am more likely to win on doubles or splits and because blackjack pays 3 to 2 this number severely understates one's chances of winning. Casino Vega would surely know this.
4. They were giving me 200% noncashable bonuses on every deposit. That would stand to improve my odds.
5. They had several months and several deposits to review my play. If they felt I was cheating they had several chances to close my account before the win in question.
6. I play a very aggressive, go for broke style of play. I would often wager my entire stack on one hand or wager the maximum. This gives me a bigger chance of winning big and losing big. In this case I won big (but not that big).
7. A good majority of my profits came from the blackjack progressive. This amounts to about 3 or 4 wins which, given the thousands of hands I played, does not indicate cheating. Further, I tended to play this progressive when it seemed larger than normal which would stand to improve my odds.
8. Yes a casino does have a right to do decide who plays in their casino. They let me play in their casino. Period. However they do not have a right to choose who they pay. Even by their own wording they mention nothing about land based casinos not paying. If they would pay me then ask me to leave I would leave without complaint. 9. All I did was hit "Stand", "Hit", "Double", or "Split", etc. and their server gave me the cards. How could I have colluded with their server?
10. I have not cashed out 11 times. This is only my 3rd attempt. If I cash out for $2000 and get paid $500 per week that does not count as 4 withdraws.
11. I have actually lost completely on the majority of my deposits. If I had a surefire way to cheat then why would that happen.
12. To deny so large a payout Casino Vega should provide a more detailed analysis. In my opinion their consistent failure to do so makes them look guilty by omission. The only numbers they have ever cited are 44.49% and 355.84%. This is what they want to reduce it to.
12. It took 81 days for Vega to reach their ruling. That is how long I have had to spend my time and energy pestering them to no avail.
Right now they still owe $4925.50. If you want to talk about percentages let's talk about the percentage they haven't paid. I have already gotten them blacklisted at couple other places. They agreed with me 100%. I would also recommend you blacklist Bingo Vega because they are owned by the same company. As a further indicator of their guilt they never responded to any of the other threads I started even though I made them well aware of it. I hope that by posting here other must be cheaters who multiplied a deposit by a factor of 3.56 will notice.
