Quicker cash outs (if not instant) is an important motivator in very many players’ point of view, as you're now well aware of.

I have a suggestion, for quicker cash outs for e-cash depositors, for whatever its worth (it's probably been thought of), but here goes anyway:

* That would be to prioritize your cash out requests queue by ‘mode of deposit’, so that cash outs related to NETeller deposits, per example, would be on top of the queue and would be processed first.

* If withdrawals are processed on a daily basis, this would make for NETeller depositing winners getting paid under 24Hrs, thus a big step forward in satisfying this quicker cash outs demand.

With your technology, I would assume that my humble suggestion could be easily applied.

Is this possible? If not, what could be any operations-related objections?

Hi all, I have been depositing at virtual casino on a fairly regular basis & finally won some money. I only use my CC to deposit so I use ach to withdraw...I understand this can take up to 10 days to process but instead of withdrawing my winnings I made 3x reverse withdrawals.

The process of reverse withdrawal at virtual is the SLOWEST I have ever come across & I suggest that this process be sped up in some way through the website so you are not spending all the time trying to contact support/phone support/emailing support just to make a reversal.

Also I had already made 2 reversals before support informed me that any of my cash winnings that had been reversed could only be played up to 10 times max cashout "is this normal?" I thought once you won some money & made the decision to reverse the withdrawal that this money is treated like a straight cash deposit with no strIngs attached.
