Positives:
VIPSportsbook.com is generally recognized as having the best customer
service among the offshore sportsbooks. According to several sources, they
also have one of the higher customer retention rates in the industry,
meaning the customers they attract are extremely happy with the service they
get and stick around. The betting menus at VIP are extremely easy to use
for both the novice and the experienced gambler. These guys work hard to
make sure their customers are happy by offering free withdrawals (on most
withdrawal options) and a good amount of bonuses. You can get up to a 40%
bonus on your first deposit and VIP generally has a decent amount of
promotions that typically include free bets or reduced vig on certain days.
VIP also has a loyalty program in which you accumulate points and trade them
in for gifts and/or cash. These guys have been around a long time and you’d
be hard pressed to find a sportsbook that does as much for their customers
as VIPSportsbook.com
Negatives:
This is not really a shop for professional gamblers. I’d call it more of a
recreational book as they have to been known to boot winners and sharps.
VIP has always paid what they owe but if you are winning a lot of money
there and they judge you are sharper than the average gambler, it’s possible
they will give you your money and ask you to leave. I have also heard of
VIPSportsbook.com cutting your limits if you start winning at an insane
rate. If you plan on betting $10000 a game and winning serious cash, I’d
probably look elsewhere. If you are a $100 bettor, I doubt you will get
bothered.
Overall:
VIPSportsbook.com is almost always in the discussion ranking the best
sportsbooks; they do so much to keep their customers happy that it’s hard
not to list them near the top. If you are new to gambling and want a first
sportsbook that is easy to use with great customer service,
VIPSportsbook.com is for you. If there was a yearly award show for
sportsbooks, VIP would have awards for customer service and happy customers
sitting on their mantle at home.
