11% return

I am looking for cash oartners that want to make 11% return on their money secured by real estate for a period of 3-5 years and then be cashed out for your principle plus half equity in property at the time of cash out. Properties average price 30-50,000 or less. Your name will be on the deed as well as mine. If interested give e-maIL ME and we can talk. I have too many deals and not enough capital to do them all.

I'M THE FORUMS NUMISMATIC PROFESSIONAL,

THERE IS GOOD MONEY IN CANADIAN COINS AS WELL!
CANADA HAS A BEAUTIFUL 1oz GOLD COIN, AS DO SEVERAL
OTHER COUNTRIES INCLUDING THE BEAUTIFUL CHINA PANDA.

HOWEVER & WHENEVER INVESTING IN OTHER COUNTRIES
COINS AS AN AMERICAN, YOU THEN RUN INTO HAVING TO

Hi I am glad your are making such great returns on your investments. As far as what I am talking about are rental properties. The 11% is annually interest only. Both names would be on the deed as partners and in 3-5 years. I will either sell or get a mortgage and cash you out for your full principle amount plus half of the equity from any appreciation, then you have the option to stay on the deed and collect half the net rental income. Of course everything is negotiable. I can see your investments do extremely well. I wish you good luck with them in the future. Sorry about my spelling (oartner) I hit the o instead of the p.

THE RENTAL INCOME BUSINESS IS GOOD, AND WILL GET EVEN BETTER,
BECAUSE REAL ESTATE PRICESS HAVE PEAKED AND WILL NOW START THE
SLOW DOWNWARD SPIRAL... IN HOUSE & CONDO PRICES THAT IS!!!

BUT, THIS WON'T EFFECT THE RENTAL AMOUNTS,
WHICH MOST ALWAYS CONTINUE TO RISE ANNUALLY... IN NICE LOCATIONS!

I KNOW VACTATION RENTALS HERE IN SW FLORIDA WILL CONTINUE

But I would actually use a service that could give me 12% or 15% daily.
