THE RENTAL INCOME BUSINESS IS GOOD, AND WILL GET EVEN BETTER,
BECAUSE REAL ESTATE PRICESS HAVE PEAKED AND WILL NOW START THE
SLOW DOWNWARD SPIRAL... IN HOUSE & CONDO PRICES THAT IS!!!
BUT, THIS WON'T EFFECT THE RENTAL AMOUNTS,
WHICH MOST ALWAYS CONTINUE TO RISE ANNUALLY... IN NICE LOCATIONS!
I KNOW VACTATION RENTALS HERE IN SW FLORIDA WILL CONTINUE
TO RISE, ESPECIALLY PRIME LOCATIONS ON OR CLOSE TO THE WATER,
AS WELL AS GOLF COURSE FRONT PROPERTIES!!!
SO, POSITIVE CASH FLOWS WILL RISE FOR LANDLORDS,
BUT ALWAYS KEEPING IN MIND THAT PLAYING LANDLORD
ALSO HAS SURPRISES & HEADACHES INVOLVED... NO?
