WHERE'S THE MONEY all $736,407.00?

Three Royals in a week nets player $736,407.00

Yes, that right three Royal Straight Flushes within a weeks time netting the player $736,407.00. But where is the MONEY? Since the 6th of February the player has received a total of $26,000.00 despite having requested to be paid in full on two occasions.

Moreover, since the 6th of February the player has been subjected to (3)three separate and distinct "investigations" and now the casino claims to have not received the player's documents, despite the fact that those documents have been sent a total of (3) three times now.

I've been involved with this case for the better part of a month now, when the player contacted me after becoming concerned that he would not be paid. The casino remains alarmingly quiet in this regard.

The casino's terms and conditions provides absolutely no information as to how and when large payouts such as this are to be paid. Possibly because the casino was counting on no large payouts. BIG MISTAKE.

Lastly, I find it most peculiar that the casino has made absolutely no public mention of these three wins within the span of a weeks time, as I've never heard of anything even close to it happening before in my eight years of internet gaming.

My question, is how long is long enough for this individual to wait to be paid?

Have a good one.

Cipher

SirWilliam58 will become famous soon enough
Hey Cipher, IMHO The casino no matter what the payout amount is, should pay the players winnings within the standard 24 - 48 hour period. The casino's clearly make money thats why they are in the business, so not being able to cover the bets are ludicris. Simply put....PAY UP !!

Is it legal or not?

I do feel bad for this person but I'm a little confused - can the winner take legal action or not? I've seen things on TV about people who started internet gambling sites and they are not able to come back to the US because the sites are illegal. So how can the winner take legal action against something that's illegal? Would it be like suing your drug dealer for taking your money and not giving you your drugs?

Unfortunately, this is one of the major problems with online gambling. It sure is interesting how you can use Neteller or some other vehicle and have your money deposited within seconds. But try to withdraw - no, there is always some wait.

When you start talking big money, expect that you will almost always have someone trying to screw you. Imagine what will happen if congress tries to pass some of the recently submitted bills regarding online gambling.
