An effort to gather the necessary resources for a class action lawsuit against third party payment processor is now gaining steam, and not just from US citizens.

The only people that has any civil suit against netteller would be those usa citizens that did not use the service for gambling come on people get real you can not take part in an illegal action and expect to be able to sue.
I have an important question for this forum and its owners is this forum in compliance with the laws of the united states such as the wire act and port act to just name a few in my minds eye I can not lend integrity to a site that knowingly violates laws.
The industry and that includes anyone that has taken any monies from the industry must start to show some integrity somewhere I don't care how much money sites help players to gt from sites or resolutions somewhere somehow the fact that it is illegal to be involved with online gaming must be made to the public. The attempt to hide behind grey areas of the law in the pass has gone a simple moron can now see what the sites are being charged under and what laws apply and the port act is crystal clear sites such as this are in direct violation of many laws.

Well
Why then are you still a member here? That is the first question.
We are posting mainly news stories pertaining to the things that are going on after this law was signed into effect.
We also have members from other countries that can still gamble. So are we to close up shop and let those members down?
There are numerous forums on the net such as this one that are still going strong. I am sure that if and when my boss is told that he cant run this forum anymore that things will change accordingly.
"(I have an important question for this forum and its owners is this forum in compliance with the laws of the united states such as the wire act and port act to just name a few in my minds eye I can not lend integrity to a site that knowingly violates laws.)"
This is what you asked, and in reply to you, why are you still here? And since you seem to think you know the law concerning all this, you tell us. In detail, with facts to prove your point.

Hey now didn't mean to get your dander up this forum is billed as a watchdog forum and I am a watchdog I think these questions to to be asked as they will benifit the players the industry is crkked as hell everybody knows that.
If this was not a watchdog site Iould not have the right to ask those questions but since it is billed as such I have every right and so does every member.
As for DamianDunlap he missed the complete jest of the debate but I would say just because he is a fucking man does not give him a right to violate laws either I don't care how much money you got and if hethinks so badly of the usa there is a lot of other countries you can move to.
The reason I am still at the forum opu claims to be a watchdog forum I am a watchdog kick me out if you want to thats up to you.But untill then my posts will be to always help the players and never to kiss the ass of an industry that is crooked as hell.

So what your saying here is we are crooked?? I think not, we give gaming info and hold poker freerolls. If a player has been taken by a casino or other site or person we try to get them paid, PERIOD. Whether a site is crooked is what determines if they are OPU approved or not. We(The OPU) do not recommend people to play at sites we know are crooked. As far as doing an illegal action, we I guess you got me there, as well as millions of Americans that are trying to fight legislation to get laws changed. We were all happy and enjoying ourselves until Senator Frist decided to pull a sneaky and slip us a Micky so to speak. If a person is here on our site they know the laws, we are all standing up and fighting for our rights to do what we wish with our money. But we don't need people coming in and calling us crooks, cheats, and illegal operators of a website. If that is your intention or goal then take a hike or I'll do it for you. PERIOD !!

This guy pulled the same thing at APCW Forum Yesterday! As soon as I saw his post I knew who it was and exposed his game; As a result he was banned and his comments buried in the Cold Storage Thread! Sorry, but unless you are a member there you will not be able to see that thread. But I have posted my comments below. This guy had so many names at WOL, Max lost count lol!

Man! Who left the back door open? I see the Self Proclaimed Father of the Bingo Watch Dog movement, is once again out to disrupt a forum. This person actually did have a Watch Dog Forum site, but it ended in him being disgraced by his own actions. He is Banned at all the Major forums, yet continues to keep signing up because he can hide his IP, using AOL.
I can bring many people into this forum that vouch for what I’m telling you. This is one deranged individual. He has a few forums, where he rants and raves on about what BPU is doing. He has no original content, he feeds on other successful forums and ridicules everything they do.
Now he is focusing on APCW because BPU endorses and fully supports this site. We have been dealing with his antics for over a year now and found the best way to deal with him is IGNORE To acknowledge anything he says just adds fuel to his fire. That is why I’m not revealing his name or the sites he posts at. He is not worth our time. If any of you that are reading this want to know more about this Forum TROLL you can PM me and I will send you links that support all I have said.
His newest forum discourages members to sign up and encourages Guests to Post. He has fun answering his own posts as a guest. If he wants something to be brought up, he posts as a guest than answers himself. I don’t really pay much attention to this persons antics. I do have a staff member that does monitor his activity. I vowed never to mention this demented individual again, but since he chose to involve himself in this discussion and is here to distract J, I’m compelled to speak.
To end let me print a little of what he is saying about J Todd and ACPW:
Quote:
shame on mr Todd for ttrying to tie online gaming scheme to our veterans shame on you.
I think this one video gives every watchdog a good picture of what he is all about and as a watchdog long befor i ever heard APCWperspectives I was fighting for players rights and i think his big announcement to turn the industry on its ear would not turn a gnat on its ear.
I would warn all watchdogs to be carsful and not put much stock in this scheme.
It is very clear mr Todd has his hands deep in the pockets of the industry and is not an independet watchdog that has players concerns in their best interest for me I dont think i need to watch any more videos that sounds like a promotion from the industry.
