Garlix,
Wow, you are a rude individual.
It would be good to be given a chance to reply. As with most instances where a player gets mad with us, this is unnecessary and you are simply impatient and confused.
Sorry for the delay, but your son emailed us originally and I asked him to get you to email us from the email address associated with your account, as we cannot discuss specific account and finanical details with anyone but the account holder.
You emailed me and your email has been in my inbox for about 24 hours. Sorry but that email is one of of approximately 200 I've had to deal with in that period of time and as your problem is due to a simple misunderstanding on your part it was not high on my priority list. If you wish to receive a personal reply from management, you just have to wait sometimes - that's the way it is.
It was nice to open my email this morning and see another 5 very rude

y emails from you further wasting my time and delaying a response to you, not to mention your very interesting forum posts.
Here's the reply you have been waiting for. Seeing as you choose to ignore polite requests not to use the forum for this sort of thing, I'll leave out the specific details and post your answer here.
1. You did attempt a transaction on December 30, but it was not successful. You were asked to provide verification, which you ignorantly refused to complete and requested the transaction be cancelled. It was cancelled as you were told, and as displayed in your transaction history. This transaction never even made it to our credit card processing system.
2. You also had made a transaction for the same amount on December 24. As clearly explained here in our credit card use policy, we state that transactions may not be displayed on your statement the same day that they are submitted at Poker.com. You bank will have delays, especially over the christmas period. The transaction you see on your statement is from December 24. Take another look. I will bet you any amount you like that there is only one transaction for that amount on your statement from Poker.com. (edit: actually I have seen your statement - I KNOW there is only one transaction on there for the period Dec 23 to Jan 03, so please don't take my bet - it wouldn't be fair )
Its quite common for people to accuse us of things like this purely because they do not have the sense to look at when previous transactions hit their statement. A little patience and understanding on your part and I could have explained this to you nicely, or not needed to explain anything at all.
Carry on like this again and your account will be permanently closed. And if I see even a hint of such rubbish on any other 'pokerreview' as you threaten, you'll be sure to receive a friendly letter from our lawyers in no time.
And finally, please learn to use some manners and you may just find that people will be a lot more willing to help you. Your son seemed very polite, but obviously he did not learn that from you....
Have a nice day.
