Should we Banned JimfiestSux until he pays back Choptalk?

Jimfiestsux seems to want to use the OPU as a battle ground for un justice

So should we bann him until he pays Choptalk?

There are pros and cons.

Pros to banning him:

He's a scammer
He doesn't really add anything other than bragging about scamming
Personal attacks are over the line and make him look stupider than usual
If we ban him, he'll tell everyone he knows about how much he hates OPU, this giving up free publicity (haha, I think outside the box)

Cons to banning him:

He'll probably just make more names up and force us to keep looking out for him
FeistSux used to be a good contributor to the OPU back in the day before he scammed Choptalk and there might be some hope he can return to that form

Anyway, I voted to ban him because I feel the pros outweigh the cons but there are some cons to consider I suppose.
