I might would be wary of any new site , but for the most part I would have to say no .They're in a business and have nothin to gain and everything to lose by being fixed . In saying that , the best thing to do is just don't play a site that you dont "feel right" with........( and there's always the OPU here to see if any has been brought to att: )

I myself, have only a couple of casinos that I play at on a regular basis. These are the ones that I have trusted from the very beginning. Inetbet is on the top of my list for trustworthy casinos.

I guess it depends on what you define as "fixed" Does the black jack have 5 decks or 12? are the slots set at 99% pay out or 85% there are lots of ways to make an online casino favor the house without being "rigged" Same with live casinos. you need to shop around for the best odds for the game you want to play. I don't play a lot of casino type games but I assume most sites will list the house odds or game rules somewhere.

Are there some scams on the internet? we all know that answer. but as for rigged casino sites, your risk can be reduced by a little research and knowledge of the games.
