To whom it may concern I have been reading on several forums for the

past few days.
What I have seen is a lot of people crying about the usa and its laws

pertaining to the gaming idustry and the port security act.

Lets be perfectly clear it has been illegal to gamble in the united

states for the past 100 years all gambling is illegal period.
All gambling sites that have been doing buisness in the usa have been

breking the law every since the first bet they have taking or the first

bingo game they have offered to usa players.

The port security act was established because these gaming sites would

not obey the laws of the usa instead these gambling sites continued to

cheat usa players break state and federal laws as well as usa members

civil rights.If we want to talk about our rights being taken away we

really need to look no further than the gaming industry it self.

Check out on the internet all the complaints about people being cheated

sites using house players rigged software winnings refused to be paid

rules and regulations and policies that violate about a thousand civil

rights.

Does people really think the DOj did not get thousands of complaints

about people being cheated by the gaming industry if you believe that

you need to get back to reality.Lets put the blame where it really

belongs on the gaming industry and all its affiliates that turned a

blind eye when these sites cheated people and it came to the publics

attention.



I get tired of hearing people bash the usa but yet say nothing about

the industry and all this leads me to belive the majority of the usa

bashers are themselves industry staff if so shame on you.

I have a hell of a lot more to say on this subject but will end it here

for now.
