This years class for the NFL Hall of Fame has been announced. Earlier this year the list had been cut down to seventeen candidates. Today, they have made their final cuts and now they have their list of six who will inducted this coming Saturday, August the 8th at 7 pm eastern.

The talented six are wide receiver Bob Hayes, guard Randall McDaniel, defensive end Bruce Smith, defensive back Rod Woodson, owner Ralph Wilson, and linebacker Derrick Thomas. Thats a pretty special group.

Once they are inducted on Saturday, the total number of members will be 253.

On the very next day, Sunday August the 9th, the Hall of Fame will take place at 8pm and it will be televised on NBC.

The Hall of Fame ceremonies and the Hall of Fame game will take place in Canton, Ohio as always. The game will be played between the Tennessee Titans and the Buffalo Bills.
