Hey man! Hi!
Here is a story from me.

I am the person who likes no stereotypes, i beat them.
So in view of that I will not go to the casino which add may be found all over the inet, instead I will go to some not well known casino and try it for fun, then make small deposit (i may loose t, but do not care lol) and then make a good deposit.
Many times same killed my funds fast and easy lol, but I came to know that you may find a realy good casino even regatdless to lack of add in i-net.
So here is my last found.
After reading the Damians interview with Sergey Marevsky from va-bank online casino made my mind to try it....
So I made an investigation about this casino.
It is russian casino (good for me cuz I am russian), very big in russian i-net, 2,5 years on the russian market.
Then I checked their support both on russian and english languages.
1st - they are legal, the have license and work with biggest russian bank - Alfa bank.
The CS perfomed good operation I will say.
Then I had problem with my credit card, and the CS manager called me!!!! and explained all the actions, very nice. Then i sent them my ID and they gave me bonus "for inconveniences" again nice.
And one more nice thing.... they have 2 very interesting features.
1) They give the 100% loss reload bonus to every deposit!!!!
2) They have very interesting thing like audit system (only in russian to the date) there you may track all your bets (diagrams).
I won't say that won much there, but I was a bit drunk and tired to play much I just wasted all my deposit... and in 48 hours I had it back to my account as the reload bonus. Wagered it in BJ (yeah, it can be wagered there, but the wager is 1/42, anyway not that much for $20) and made a withdrawal.... I had it on my cc in 3 days and on neteller in 1 hour (i have taken $36 bucks from them, 20 to cc and 16 to neteller).
So... here is my story. Thanks to Damian, i belive he will not take interview from a bad organization.

my pet peeves are......

Lousy customer support is my pet peeve. There are some online casinos that have very bad customer support. Cirrus for instance, I was asking a question of them the other day, and the support person never did answer me. I waited 20 minutes for the answer and finally gave up.

I realize at times that they are very busy but rudeness will sure not get my business. To me customer support is one of the important things I look for when deciding to deposit at a casino. If there isnt good customer support from the start, I feel that there sure wouldnt be if a real problem arose.

I have read many posts about people emailing casinos, and not being answered also.

But on the other hand, there are online casinos that have excellent customer support. Shark casino is a good casino for customer support. They will be right there with you until every question you have has been answered.

Give us your input on customer support at the casinos.

BGirl, I have to agree that there’s absolutely no excuse for rude CS… It’s a pet peeve of mine too…

Their attitude reflects directly on the management itself of a casino...

Bas CS: bad casino? Maybe not necessarily, but let’s say that a good casino manager should be very conscious of what his CS people make his outfit look like, and must realize that personable and polite manners are much more likely to bring in business…and that's an understatement.

Making a ton of money in Fun money mode.

As soon as I deposit, can't win a SINGLE hand. Or even worse, push hands that they should have on. Watching 5-6 even 7 hand card wins for the dealer. Then switch back to fun money mode, and win like never before.

Bad CS is a HUGE red flag.

Lack of LIVE CS is a no no to me.

Support taking hours or days to respond. NO NO

the absolute customer service...

Club player casino has the best customer support I have ever run across. I had an account there and found it to be blocked so i questioned customer support about it. It took the young lady about 25 minutes to find out that because of another person in florida with the same name as me, lol had their account closed for doing something they shouldnt have, so the casino closed all accounts with that name. Well this young lady took the time to find that that was the problem and reinstated my account.
They also gave me a free chip because of the mixup. Now thats great customer support. Nothing to do with the free chip, just the fact that she took all that time to find and correct a mistake.
I always figure that if customer support at a casino wont take the time for small issues, they sure arent going to be bothered when something big comes along. So, yes, customer support has a lot to do with whether i deposit at a casino or not.

Hi friends....
Some info about the CS....
Back to va-bank online casino.... it will be the last time I am ever back to them lol.
This casino used to have a manager eith the name Niko Krupinkin... (niko lol, very popular name lol). That one have been ready to resolve all the issues very fast and positevely for the player. He did great, but now he left..... after that I had to face very bad CS there.... That is very sad 'cause I used to like them... But now I doubt i will ever go there.
