Geoff Hall's IPR
Hi everyone,
Geoff Hall, the games inventor of several casino game variations, namely Blackjack Switch, amongst several other, has been wronged for is IPR - Intellectual Property Rights – (patented and copyright material) by some casinos for one of his latest creations.
The game involved is Texas Hold'em Poker, as a House Game, for land based casinos. The game can now be played mainly in land-based casinos around Europe.
It is now found online, at some casinos without Geoff approval of any sorts.
The casinos involved:
www.diamondgames.com
www.stanjamescasino.com
www.caribsportscasino.com
www.bluesclubcasino.com
The software for those casinos is Diamond Games. As to my knowledge none of those casinos are listed as ‘rogues’, or ‘blacklisted’ anywhere, as well as Diamond Games has not been reported as one software that ‘cheats’. As I've never played with Diamond Games SW, I just consider them somewhat ‘obscure’…
If someone is in the know about Diamond games, your info would really be appreciated! Has anyone here played any of the above casinos?
After further research, I have found out that you can find the game also used at:
www.mansion.com – a newer casino that is known lately for it’s constant ing.
Geoff Hall’s appeal can be found here:

Any feedback is appreciated.
Regards,
