Complaining rules....MUST READ!!!

Online Players Union is created by players for players. We welcome your comments, and will use every means at our disposal to mediate and resolve legitimate complaints with any casino, sports-book or poker room we endorse. We have very strict criteria that advertisers must adhere to. Because of this we ask that you follow these simple rules.

1. In order to post a thread you must be an online players union member.

2. In the event you have an issue with a casino we endorse, we ask that you PM or email myself or Damian prior to posting the complaint on this forum. You must give us time to resolve the issue, before you take it to the other union members and ask for a strike.

3. We have all encountered bad casinos. Damian and myself understand the emotional response to someone ripping us off. Take a deep breath, present the facts and be HONEST with your story. If there was a bonus involved then say so. Try to avoid trashing the casino until we have had a chance to look into it.

4. Casinos that are not endorsed by online players union, have no posting restrictions in regards to player/union member complaints. Bear in mind however, if you trash a casino in public, this might hurt your chances of finding mediation and or satisfaction. This is an open forum and we encourage the listing of union busting casinos. You do so at your own risk.

5. Online players union is not responsible for the content or validity of content posted by union members and non-members alike.

6. If it should be determined you are a fraudulent player, it will be open season on your ASS. Not only will your union membership be revoked, you will be reported in our crackhead players section... FOREVER.

THIS IS FROM G2GSUPPORT

Your account was frozen due to investigation of suspicious play as you are a $5.00 compt player. In this case you cant cash out thousands of dollars. Your winning % in the casino is 370%. Which we are still looking into this as it could have been a glitch. Many people have deposited $200.00 and more and played in our casino and left even. In your case you havent even made a deposit on G2G and our trying to cash out money. We are still looking into this, however with a $5 comp to try the site you cant cash this out without more play or making a deposit, it makes no sense to us still how you have a winning % of 370 and everyone else is around 94%.
