Warning!!!! Starluck Casino Not So Fast On The Payouts Anymore

On the fourteenth of this month (2 days ago), I deposited $1,000.00 thru Neteller with Star Luck Casino. It should be noted that heretofore I've always been paid as agreed by Star Luck Casino and that is the only reason that I do business with them or any other casino for that matter.

To make a long story short. Yesterday, after playing 5 sessions of Blackjack (40 hands each) I put in for a withdrawal in the amount of $2,000.00 leaving approximately $350.00 on the books for the purposes of gambling at STAR LUCK casino in the future.

After putting in for the withdrawal of $2,000.00 I immediately received notification that I should expect my withdrawal of $2,000.00 to be in my Neteller account within 2 to 7 hours. That was fine and there were no additional emails from Star Luck casino at all.

The following day (today 8/16) I noted that the $2,000.00 withdrawal from STAR LUCK was not in my Neteller account. At that point I started up a chat with customer service and I was then informed that my account was "under investigation" and that it would take another (8) days to complete the investigation and my subsequent withdrawal would not be paid until the 24th of this month. That puts this casino with a previously stellar reputation for payment in the exact same category as the lower line of Playtech casinos.

Now we're talking about 5 sessions of Blackjack at 40 hands per session for a total of 200 hands. EIGHT DAYS!!! are these people absolutely out of there minds? They must be, as I've just been informed by Mary in customer service that these investigation are in fact conducted manually and that these investigations are only performed so as to insure that the customer gets everything that is due them.

Additionally, I've just got off the line with Rick Slater the floor supervisor there at Star Luck casino and he has informed that this investigations process has been in place now for some 30 to 45 days and it will remain in effect from this point forward. That's funny as I received another withdrawal from Star Luck casino on the 26th of July with absolutely no problems. These are exactly the type of things that ultimately lead to the demise of a casino and I'd be very cautious about doing business with these folks in the future.

Have a good one.

Cipher

im shocked

I would not have expected anything like this from starluck casino. This is such a surprise, and I agree with Cipher, things like this can be the downfall of a good casino.

Hi Damian:

I think you might want to pull these boys off of that list you posted the other day. It's funny how these clowns think they can get away with changing things in mid-stream you can imagine what would have happened had I taken them up on one of their bonus offers. God forbid!!!

Have a good one.

Hi Cipher,

I admit that this sounds fishy and I see your concern.
I hope that you get paid OK. In the meantime I would advise all of our members to avoid Star Luck Casino until we find out how this is going to turn out.

Again I hope for the best of outcomes for you and keep us posted.

Thanks for the heads up and regards,

This is truly bizarre behaviour from a fine outfit. I cashed out a couple of days ago, and it was in my Neteller in under 2 hours. I'm sure, or at least, I hope there's just some kind of mistake of info on their part. This is my second favorite casino after Lasseters. I'd hate to see it go the way of Swiss or (gasp) Rochester.

I stand corrected Damian. I thought I had seen them listed on your "Man from the hood" selections.

Have a good one.

Anything this man has to say, is pretty much gospel as far as we are concerned. I encourage all Union members to watch this closely, since it is very suprising indeed to hear something like this from a casino that has a stellar reputation.

Cipher is not one to say things like this lightly. And whatever the outcome is, he will inform us.
