CM proceeds to lose players' trust
Nope, it's not April fool's Day!
The end of Casinomeister's era of Integrity to the players signing up at a casino through his site? Perhaps, or is it worse, this being the tip of an iceberg unseen until now?
Casinomeister proceeds to endorse a rogue casino's license to steal!
Summary:
Grandbankscasino was on Casinomeister's list of rogues for dubious behaviour such as bans, delays of payments, etc... That was until they recently met in Montreal. After that meeting, Casinomeister went on to put the rogues on 'probation', in other words condoning their modus operendi, or for lack of a better definition, accepting their ways to treat and pay winning players.
A player, member of Casinomeister, almost immediately proceeded to make a deposit, met the casino's terms and requirements, had the 'audacity' to win, and got his winnings confiscated. Why? Because the casino says that any player exhibiting 'bonus abuser' behaviour can be denied his winning at the casino's discretion. That's refered to here, at the OPU, as a License to Steal!
The player won fairly, was denied his winnings and returned his deposit, but get this: Minus a $15 administration fee!
Every poster sided with player Iggy all the 'big names' out there, including Jetset, Brian Cullingworth of Infopowa, a longstanding ally of Bryan Bailey rightfully calling this, in so many different ways unfair, theft, unethical...
What was Casinomeister, Bryan Bailey's very first reaction? To advise player Iggy to contact via PM the casino manager, who is also a member of his forum. The player did this. The manager's response? Based on your recent activity at Grand Banks on June 28th, 2005, your account has been system flagged for apparent bonus abuse. As such, your play and bonus will be void and your initial deposit has been returned.
Further members and posters outrage was answered by Casinomeister by this:
When you sign up at a casino, you agree to accept their terms and conditions:
Players who endeavor only to meet minimum playthrough requirements of a given bonus, exhibiting 'bonus hunter' characteristics, will have their accounts automatically flagged and audited. Should the security department determine that a new player account was set-up solely to exploit this bonus, the player may forfeit their bonus money, any winnings gained under this promotion and their deposit returned minus a $15 administration fee.
You agreed to this - if you didn't like the wording of this, you should have gone elsewhere.

What happened in that private meeting between casino management? Of course the exchange of beers... Now the question asked everywhere... we know that it can cost up to $20,000.00 USD for a media buy at Casinomeister... was there an exchange of five figured funds?
Is the 'caped cruisader' Casinomeister, once idolized throughout the world, shamelessly removing his goalie mask with one hand while holding his bass electric guitar with the other, in his attic, his walls having turned into glass?
Is this the end of an era where so many naive players are to face the Big Deception?

Did he sell out his integrity, his Word, the one possession dearest to a man, next to his own conscience?
