Customer support is lacking in the respect that I emailed them with several questions on Monday before I downloaded, and still have not recieved an answer via email from them.

I spoke to Chanelle in live chat and asked the same questions and was given the same answers as by telephone. I asked Chanelle what my bonus would be with a $25 deposit and was told that they had a bonus promotion running from 6pm till midnight and that my bonus would be added after that time, which it was. This brought my total to $37.25 to play with.
