This casinos support leaves a lot to be desired in my opinion.
On July 18 of this year I downloaded this casino and registered an account. Then I tried to log into my account. Each time I tried I would get a message that read that you are not allowed to log into the casino, please contact customer support.
I tried to contact them several times and was finally sent an email stating, your account has been closed due to similarities to other accounts at the casino.
Since then I have contacted live support which went as follows:

The same day, I sent an email to the manager of the casino. It is now almost one month later and I still have answers to what is going on.
I would think that the least they could do is say this is a sister casino to whatever and because of that fact......... Or at least say that they have checked into the matter and what exactly the problem is.
Instead Im still waiting to hear from them. For the casino to just ignore a patrons requests for information is not good business practice.
29 days after the fact and with 3rd party intervention, I was finally able to get an answer to my emails. But this has not entirely cleared up the ensuing problem.
I wrote another email to the manager that same day, asking for details and I have yet to get an answer to that email.
So personally, this casino comes off my list. If they dont have time to answer inquiries without 3rd party intervention, then I dont need to deposit or play there.
