No Wynn Casino in Philadelphia

Did you guys hear that Wynn Resorts have backed out of their plans to build a casino in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania?

A while back I had heard talks of them building a new resort there but then I hadn't heard anymore.

Well I guess that the mayor of Philadelphia had met with Wynn and looked over drawings and plans and everything and now they have decided not to go forward with it.

I guess the news of it pretty much shocked people in Philadelphia. They had thought it was a done deal. Especially the mayor.

Wynn made their announcement last Thursday in a two paragrah press release.

I guess their change of heart had nothing to do with the city but the actual transaction itself.

I am sure everyone is quite dissapointed about it.
