Lobsterpalooza at Wisconsin Casino

This was a great way to get the patrons in the door.

A Wisconsin casino resort held what they called a Lobsterpalooza. At the casino, the restaurant called Eagles Nest offered all-you-can-eat lobster for just $19.95! This took place on every Wednesday night through March.

They served an astounding 8,000 pounds of lobster! More than 2,500 guests took advantage. The restaurant was packed as was the hotel. People drove for hours to take advantage of the special.

"It was absolutely amazing the response we received from our guests and the public. I talked to guests who drove more than two hours just to come up and take advantage of our incredible offer. And even more incredible, our hotel was completely filled on these nights as guests made a special trip just to feast on Main lobster," Smith said.

In a down economy that is certainly one way to get the patrons through the door! I wish my local casino would do that! I'm not driving to Wisconsin for lobster lol.
