Microgaming is a major software provider to the online gambling industry. It was one of the 141 online gambling sites that was subjected to a seizure order in October and was given 30 days to block access to Kentucky residents on Oct. 15 by Judge Wingate.
Eurolynx.com is a part of the Microgaming network and on their "Viva America" page there is a disclaimer that states the casino is open to U.S. players, residents of Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, South Dakota, Washington, Wisconsin and Utah "cannot play poker or in the casino, but were welcome to play in the sportsbook. A similar disclaimer was posted at Interops.com, another site powered by Microgaming.

The way MG is doing this is a futile attempt to comply with Kentucky. There's no way (with their current methods) for them to block 100% of Kentuckians or the other banned states. I have a feeling that Kentucky's lawyers have hired a consultant that knows this, and when the December forfeiture hearing comes around, they're going to present evidence in court that will show that they can still gamble online while physically being in Kentucky. Once that happens, it's all over but the shouting....
I really, really, really hope that Microgaming isn't putting these
imperfect blocks in place and plan on leaving it at that. There are ways to make sure that every Kentuckian is blocked from Microgaming casinos, but it will take hundreds, if not thousands, of man hours to complete a project as complex as that.
