Dear Sir, I already feel that we / us / and I are already stronger.
Passing on a case can happen sometimes, and is is understandable, but we’ve just acquired one more man on the team to get the job done: and that's great. Some peeps get burned, and just as we might of, at the very beginning, and didn’t know who to turn to. You’ve just added an extra reason for the wronged getting help here, with us.
As for experience, going back to many many moons ago, I myself can’t recall being to forums where a 'certain Caruso' was not involved in some way or other : )
On behalf of all here who work to get things get done right and fair,
I offer you a warm welcome, mate; and more than likely I’d say that it’s unanimous here.

Phew... I am back online!! I went for a brief trip to Italy but somehow managed to be offline for almost a week, which is completely unusual for me.
As I was unable to find a single friggen internet place around the area of San Remo, so I did not get any info on what was happening online at all.
Firstly, I must once again point out the excellent support ThatChatch has given me through this journey!
While I had believed this case would be pretty much over last week, I am sad to report that casino has once more ignored their promise to provide me with a payment plan and did not even respond upon my latest message anymore. I sent the Casino owner a brief reminder now and am thrilled to see if a response is going to be in my mailboy in the morning.
It indeed has become a p.i.t.a. for defrauded online Casino players to receive assistance with certain joints, but some members of this website seem to definetely working towards the right direction by supporting cases of unfairly treated Casino customers.
ThatChatch & Co., my kudos go to you once more! Let's find out what they're up to now....

Hi Schankie,
When it rains, it pours for you…don't it now! I hope that you've made positive headway, and that'll pay off in your other problem. Hacker rats!
For our matter at hand, everything seemed great, as a few payments above your returned deposits were made, plus talks about setting up a fair payment program had us thinking Win for sure. Guilt was already admitted. Now we have to press this new Admin. that they now have, so that they make the remaining moves rightfully.
A little time away from communications, and things go clunk. So it’s back to our second step, which we haven’t had a need to use. Let’s be optimistic, albeit one glove will be taken off, to make our intentions clear: we won’t cease and desist. There's not a chance in hell that this will happen.
Amigo - please check your PMs and / or your inbox at our designated addie before you get more peeved (I'd sure be too!), and hit the fora.
Well, if we have to work harder for getting payments moving again, so be it: I’m seeing this through with you until we’re done Schankie.

I have also sent the Casino another reminder and am once more hoping to hear back from them soon. If nothing changes, we will however have to go further.

...This time I am the one who needs to apologize!
-After my time offline last week I turned out to be too nervous and blamed the casino for not having paid nor responded. I however forgot to mention that I actually did not get to adequately update a couple threads about this matter, after I received my first payment from Jamie, the new owner of the casino.
All players, affiliates and siteowners should have been immediately informed by me that "the new Casino owner already paid a first installment into my Neteller account and seems to be willing to resolve this matter now"!
My updates in the relevant threads and topics were part of the fair agreement that the owner and I have made in our last conversation. Most likely everything would have gone a lot smoother had I done these updates right in time, so please accept my apologies for having been offline and silent for so long! After I returned back online I should have as well stayed more calm, but the amount of money involved got me a bit nervous and I did not consider circumstances well enough.
Anyways, I have just started to contact all relevant parties about the latest positive developments with this casino and am believing that we will soon be able to put this matter to rest. I am in personal contact with the Casinos owner and everything looks good and in order at this point. Jamie, thanks to you fory our kind cooperation andplease accept my apology for having overreacted a bit after our first conversation!
Though I personally did not expect to ever need to do this due to personal reasons, I would like to also thank -Caruso- for the relevant information and investigation he has done for this case! -Right on....!
I am back online now and promise to update threads better again.
Thanks Chatchie for making all this possible!
Edit note: Wtg Schankie & thanks to Caruso, we have a clear 'map' for you to use toward the complete resolution. Also, since it ain't over til it's over, the casino remains unnamed in this forum. Indications at this moment look like the casino, and its new leader, Jamie, will earn our kudos as well at journey's end : )

Jamie appears to be a serious man and I do not want to cross his lines if he keeps proving to be trustworthy and honest. -Good stuff!
I have as well received a second installment of my winnings to Neteller now but am still waiting for the details of my future payment schedule. I will drop Jamie another email now so he can work on that.

hmmm.... Jamie has not replied upon my emails anymore for more than a week now and I am not quite sure what to do at this point. Though I have indeed been paid two installments of $1000 by him, I still have no idea how he wants to continue paying me the remaining balance of over $20.000.
Hopefully there is going to be good news in the morning again.

-I decided to cancel this post again as well, as my attitude towards this Casino perhaps came across incorrectly. I will leave it as it is for now, and see how things go. No worries though, as everyone will remain completely updated!-

I entirely agree with your resolve to give credit where credit is due: and I’d follow suit.
Now that I know of your new attitude, and your thoughts on this mishap, I agree.
Also, is your disbursement plan a Monthly or Weekly one… that makes for a Big Difference, and can make for pointless waits, this early on in a schedule. We / You have to know Which. Try quizzing the *head honcho direct: I couldn’t get a hold of him in my most recent attempts, and maybe you can can catch him on his line before I. Also, he could prefer, that from here on, he’d prefer to deal with you alone.
Btw, I did play at this casino, I did win (a quite modest sum), and I got paid quick (Old Scrappy ; ) I’ve also witnessed the owner’s expressed will to undo the errors of the 'misguided' ex-manager; my guess, if I’m reading clearly through this ‘accident’'s records, I’d assume that the culprit was swiftly 'sent packing'.
If this turns into a trial of sorts, I’m ready to propose to give plaudits to the fair, instead of rehashing grief felt by both parties. There'd be no point in that. Really.
The owner can have the choice of being acclaimed here; while reverberations seep throughout the wide web of casino portals, and gambling fora -- or, on the other hand, he could request that this matter, (the mishap having been fully repaired), be left to rest and sealed for good - *Zap! Henceforth we could all live happy and merry forever thereafter ; )
