Exclamation RTG Casino not paying legit US$24k win...

I would like to make my first public post about this non-payment in this forum, so this matter can hopefully get resolved soon! I however do not want to reveal the name of the Casino at this point, but will definetely make sure to keep the readers of this thread updated about the latest developments in this case!

I am completely upset about the treatment I have received from this operator, and since Montana and/ or Hastings B.V. does not care about its licensors at all, I am left no choice but to resolve this matter myself.

This is a case that many of us have seen multiple times in the past already: A player signs up, a player wins and then gets called a "bonus abuser" after hitting a big win on Slots. -Right on... Do not we all love this? NOT!!

I will update this topic soon.....

Hi Shankie

Yes, by all means keep us updated. There are a lot of casinos out there that have pulled this same thing in the past, but just recently, it seems to be getting worse.

We will be looking forward to updates on this matter.

Unfortunately these sites not paying up is hurting the fact that the U.S. players want to play online. when the Government see's this going on, it makes their case stronger to keep online gambling illegal.

Okay... This Casino still keeps ignoring me so I think it is about time to reveal their identity. If I have not received a response from them again by tomorrow, I will give their foulness some great public attention.
-This is so evil...!!

Exclamation Bad karma

Ha! Shankie’s been high rolling again… : )

At slots… hmm… abuse too, uh? Sonuvagun. Wtf did you do, kick the darned machines, Schankie?

Slots abuse: I’ll buy that - while I’m at it, I’ll buy that homestead in the Everglades; oh, and put that hot bridge in my cart too, please.

Surely it’s a mistake.

Yep, maybe there’s a mistake somewhere. A casino makes money with the House Edge, right? So for every $20K that rolls through they snag close to $1K, sometimes less, often more - that’s what casinos do, what they’re supposed to do anyway… and winners bring more players too - the more the merrier: that’s what casinos want, isn’t it: get volume, thus that thing called the bottom line goes up? Look at the good places: they just pay the winners, and collect the losers: it’s enough: House Edge + long run = Big bucks.

Sumptin’ don’t jive, the math’s wrong too… you can’t burn a guy that’s going to it make his mission (with a lot of help too) out of making you lose:

1) Your reputation.

2) Tell thousands $100 future average depositors, or more - that’d be trading off $24Ks, an amount that casinos have as spare change, for $100Ks. Nope, not unless they want to be herbivores while Intercasino, Bodog, 32Red… to name a few top brands, are eagles that soar, and will pay you cash for a $1million lucky spin - it’s beyond me. Could be that we’ll get enlightenment if we take a ride toward the sea, with a math book.

You see, it's really simple - theres no need to ruin your your business.

So, we’ve got to find out where your bucks are stored, Schank. Mebbee some kind of lay-away plan of sorts…?

They could after all be registered in the UK: you can’t welch on a bet there, you’d be dead meat… lose your name, your whole business, etc.

I got my horse here, grab one too, ‘cause if it’s Ok with you, I’ll be riding this out to the ocean with you, partner.

Cheerios,

Cautions:

*Oh, yeah - do not play at a certain ‘kinda newish’ RTG casino without asking us - die first.
*All PMs to me are going to be told yea or nay - on a non-disclosure condition, until we’re done (!). You’d die second.
*On the other hand, if you think you’ve been screwed by the same - PM me, and grab a horse: we’re going places : )

Regards,

There are no RTG casinos licensed in the UK or outlying territories. Warren Cloud / Crystal Palace was up for a UK public float two years ago, but it never happened.

Thatchatch, thanks for your offer to be of assistance. I have sent you a PM with all details. Please check.
Indeed I did not kick the machines this time, but simply played Slots and hit a lucky one.
I have today received the following response from the affiliate manager of the Casino in question, after I asked him to please have a look at the dispute:

"Hi Schanky,

I am aware of this matter.

However, I feel it appropriate that this matter be handled by the casino management, as there are issues related to this matter that I feel needs to be resolved between yourself and casino management.

As far as I understand, the denial of payment was made by >snip< (the payment processor), with one of the main reasons being that you were informed by them that you are not allowed to play at any RTG casino. I have not been informed why >snip< had taken that stance with regards to you as a player.

I would therefore like to request that you please contact the casino management directly in an attempt to resolve this matter."

So..... We will see how it goes! Let's give their management a chance to do the right hing here and hope for the best.

Hi Schankie, and all,

This thread is doing great: just right.

Schankie - you would shoot them - so that’s why I’m here, so no murders happen : )

I would advise all of us to be good; vindication, no doubt, would help for venting out our grief…

Of course, they’re always throwing the ball to another, just like a red hot lump of coal

But, I’ll ask for a lapse before the tar and feather; that can be done at will, after they refuse solve this fairly. Their name is intact at the moment, and in this busines integrity is essential; and the clock's tictoc won't last forever.

It may be that a simple cool conversation with that outfit will do the trick (Hmm).

After all, the amount of material evidence that we possess is sufficient for all to see for themselves.

No more hints from me until that’s over with. Let’s just say that we’ve got rope enough for them to hang themselves- aplenty! : )

And off to work we go.

With best regards to all,
