Problem with Bet365 and Entropay
My mother's story:

I started playing with Bet365 not too long ago.
Since there was no easy way to deposit with Bet365 (Neteller not available and etc for where I am), I started to check their method of payments and saw that this company called Entropay works like a Virtual Visa card and would allow me to deposit with an easy method.
So, I registered with Bet365 and since my son is around and he's already checked with Entropay if it's OK to use his account for someone else and has been given the green light by Entropay, I used his account to deposit $1000 into my Bet365 account.
At that time, nobody cared and I just played on and on. After some time, I managed to make my bankroll up to $5750 and decided to Cash-Out with some winnings. I did it but after 2 days of waiting, I was told by Bet365 that they couldn't process my withdrawal as Entropay's account details and Bet365's account details were not the same. So, they needed some documentations to prove that I'm the person on the account and I faxed it to them without hesitation.
Next, they say that my son had to send in documentations as well to Entropay so he did it too (to Entropay). After waiting some time, Entropay said that they were not comfortable with the situation and had to close my son's account. So they did it without another word and refunded the money to my son.
Funny thing is that Bet365 is still telling me that Entropay is blocking them from paying me! I told them that since they are going to be out $1000, I would be willing to Wire the money to them as compensation(if they wanted to see it in their bank account) cause Entropay closed my son's account and Entropay didn't pay them. Bet365 refused the offer and said that they would need to be paid by Entropay before they would be willing to pay me. I even told them that they could just take the $1000 off from the withdrawal that I made and only pay me $4750. Yet they refused.
I explained the situation to them and all they said was "You'd have to take it up with Entropay". Entropay has now closed the account and refunded the money. They said that they will no longer reopen the account. So what am I suppose to do now. Bet365 is not wanting to pay. I won perfectly fair and square. I didn't even use their bonus or anything. Now, they are not wanting to pay me for my winnings.
That's about $4750 lost to Bet365 because of this problem. What should I do?
