One last thing...

BigEdN is my brother-in-law and he has told me that he has only ONE account at Poker.com. His user name is BigEdN and he opens the software and logs into the same account each time (the user name is already filled in). For you to reply with a "geezzz" without first talking to the person who that was directed against is just plain rude and unfair! Your organization is supposed to be here to support it's members, not chastize them unfairly without first speaking to them about the situation!

You should be ashamed of yourself.

This is the double edge of the proverbial sword. I was against letting gaming reps into the Union when we first began. However, the issue was raised, voted upon and decided. So.....here we are today.

The multiple account issue is cut and dry. They say the player has multiple accounts, the player says he doesn't. They say that all of the accounts have been accessed from the same CPU, and the player denies the use of multiple accounts.

Kris said, in very easy to understand terms, to contact him directly, and he will get this sorted out. You can't fault the company for defending themselves. The player claims he was unable to make a click to pay deposit. But the records show differently. The records show that deposits were indeed made, and used in order to collect a bonus.

Do you, the PLAYER deny this? (BigEdN ) ????

The Union is here for the PLAYER always!!! That has not changed. If poker.com is wrong, steps will be taken to compensate the player (s) involved. Either at their expense, or at the OPU's expense. Period.

As far as the comp issue you are referring to Bc4jesus. I agreed to have funds placed in your account, as well as 2 other players/Union members. Because the list of players submitted set off some red flags, the entire processes was delayed, until this matter of multiple accounts was sorted out.

Lets get that part fixed first. Find out what they (poker.com) is referring too. And lets see a denial or admittance of successful click to pay deposits with bonus attached.

That will be the first step.

He was trying to use Click2Pay. He's been able to deposit using them everywhere else except for Poker.com.
Like I said, poker.com says this is untrue. So we need to hear from the player on this issue now.

Now lets be realistic for a moment. "geezzz" is a rather mild comment coming from me. You have been an OPU member long enough to know that I am very upfront, and loud when I feel there is something wrong. My comment was directed to the futility of the situation, since it is the same old story. It is over a BONUS, and the information I was given, says the PLAYER did indeed get a bonus. Which is frustrating, since he comes here and decided to slam the poker room, for not accepting his deposit. You know damn well Bc4jesus, that if I was 100% certain on this issue, I would have gathered the pitchforks and the torches......and we would have had ourselves a good old fashioned tar and feathering here at the OPU. So don't go off on me, when it is possible......understand that POSSIBLE that you might have been deceived first.

I took a mild stance on the issue, waiting to see what you guys had to say. Now we are going to keep on this, until satisfaction is made. That, I assure you.

Agreed. If I have indeed been deceived then I will have no problem with a formal apology. That, however, does not negate the issues that I have had with Poker.com. I have only one account and I have submitted several emails to Sir William that were correspondance between myself and Poker.com. The emails were from recent conversations and problems. There have been many other incidents where I lost money by being placed in auto-sitout and having my hand folded (through no fault of my own <i.e. I did not wait too long to respond, it simply came to my turn and I was was folded and put in sitout>). Regardless of the "BigEdN" issue, I have been dealt a misjustice by Poker.com personally on my personal play. If they want to step up to the plate and make amends, that's one thing, but they have not done so to date and have given me nothing but the "run-a-round" and alot of frustration. I've since been playing solely at PokerStars and Hollywood Poker and had no issues with them whatsoever.

I understand, but now that Kris has made himself available to us, we should use that resource. In th einterest of keeping the original issue of this thread focused, I suggest you post you ENTIRE issue (including email exchanges) in this section, where Kris has made it known he will respond to us.....

Link>>> http://www.onlineplayersunion.com/fo...splay.php?f=55

Start a new thread there, or add to the one already begun by Kris. You issues are legit enough to warrant some sort of response from the poker room.

Furthermore, it will benefit the rest of the Union members to see how quickly (or not) poker.com deals with your concerns.

The original issue of this thread still stands, and we (the OPU) do expect a response from the player who started the complaint.

Not stalled until its weeks old and they hope you forget it and go away.bigedn

Note to self: If you have multiple accounts at a casino/poker room/sportsbook, make sure you don't complain about them on the boards-- especially OPU! You'll get BUSTED!
