I cant believe this happened to this poor woman. I strongly believe that if the slot machine said she won one million dollars, reguardless of the maximum payout for the game, then she should recieve that one million dollars!

Its not her fault that the machine was faulty in any way, so the casino should have to pay out.

What are your thoughts on this video. I have already spoken my thoughts about it all. I would fight it to the end and then even more if the decision wasnt to my advantage.

I do hope that she did manage to get her money though. It would be horrible to believe that you won that large amount of money, have pictures of the winning as proof, yet have the casino tell you no that your not a winner.

That is just not at all right. I hope she did win her case and that she is now a happy winner enjoying life!

This woman should get the MILLION!!! From what I read and heard it was a human error not a malfunction of the machine. There is a huge difference. Would be to me in the main interest of the casino to make it good. I look forward to seeing what happens.
