Jolly ho and how about a Super Bowl played in London? It's not such a far-fetched idea. A future NFL champion may someday be crowned overseas in a game witnessed predominantly by a foreign audience, NFL commissioner Roger Goodell said

I belive it should stay here in america if they want to televise it than so be it but keep it here at home where it belongs

Wow! Never thought of the Super Bowl being in london? As long as it is televised I doesn't bother me at all! I have satellite tv!!

Its good that you wont miss it then. Or you could fly over for the game, that would be one great vacation, if only for a couple of days.

It doesn't surprise me that the NFL would do this. Still, I don't see the Miami Dolphins going back to London any time soon...they didn't do so well against NY last time they did.

Don't think it would be wise myself . It's an American sport , and until it's otherwise leave it here .

You know, you are right, keep what we have here in the US. In fact, I got an email from a friend the other day saying that there are people that want the National Anthem sang in spanish. Bullshit, we are America and I dont like the idea of giving America away.

I don't know. It's not a bad idea to export American football to other countries. It might help improve our relations with other countries, for one thing, and if international teams someday played in the Super Bowl, it will give the label "World Champions" a bit more credibility.
