After further investigation , heres what I'm lead to believe . Number one is that the site that we think of as poker.com is no more..that is a fact . It's actually pokercs.com, which is part of the "new" Merge Gaming Network . So far that consist of Carbon Poker , Norcodia and Iron Duke . The pokercom that we were used to is just a skin of Carbon . No need for any worries for the U.S. player at all .
Now to Poker.com.....I'm leaning to believe that the site has actually not sold as rumoured (their words were , Don't believe everything you read..). They have their blog , a new forum and web page to promote their different affiliates...and I get the feeling that it's the same person that I've always thought of as owning the name is still the one running the show. I've got a small bit on my blog about it , and I'm working on getting an interview with him to publish......
