One of the world's most popular online poker rooms, PokerStars.com, has announced that it has permanently banned a young player from not only using its website but also its land-based tournaments after he was found to be holding multiple accounts, a practice frowned upon by the online gambling community.

I am guessing that by multiple accounts you mean he had many accounts with them under different names and such.

Rightfully so at that . This kid was good tho I must say...he had won over a 100 grand a couple years ago just to have it all taken away from him for "cheating" . This thing has gotten back in the spot light now due to him turning 18 this year and he wants to apologise and be welcomed back...

He should have known he was going to get caught especially with him being as good as he was. He really wasted a good chance to win big. I don't think welcoming back is even an option at that casino.

Why anyone who was doing so good would take the chance of being caught cheating, knowing the consequences, is beyond me. Now, I doubt that he would ever be accepted knowingly anywhere.
