Post Do the bad beats calm down at higher buy in games?

I don't want to turn this into a bad beat thread, but at the current time, my
bankroll is only at about $200, so I'm comfortable playing in the $5 single table SnGs or $2-$3 MTTs.
I've been profiting, but I still commonly experience bad beats of the worst kind - a player bluffs with a trash
hand, you reraise with premium and they end up all in with your KK vs. their 2-5, then they hit a straight and
you're on the rail.
My question is, if I increase my bankroll and move up to say, $10 or $20 single table SnGs, will the play even
out, or does every table have those few sloppy fish regardless of the buy-in level?
