Fortune Room Trick or Treat?

NO TRICKS - Here's a TREAT for you! Only from BB's!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I fell for this email and opened an account at Fortune Room (Fortune Affiliates).

The email clearly said if you use the link in the email and download/open a new account, you would deposit $20 and receive $50 to your Neteller account with no wagering required. Nope! I opened a new account (did not have one and verified with support there was no existing account). Deposited $20 by Neteller. A couple days later, the $50 was put in my casino account, NOT NETELLER. The casino also deposited $10 into my casino account as a "first deposit bonus." I did not request this. They say I did but I didn't. I just wanted the "free lunch" $50 for $20.

Of course when I tried to withdraw the money to my Neteller (where it was supposed to have gone in the first place) it was declined. Now the casino wants wagering requirements to withdraw the "free $50."

OK, I got it. I'm stupid and the trick is on me!

Thumbs down Dirty trick

Hi mesuzecat,

What a dirty rotten trick!

I get BB’s constant junk in my inbox too I but never took a bite as I was somewhat skeptical. You’ve proven me right, and it’s sure unfortunate that you got tricked in doing so.

Thanks for the heads up. Watch out members, that sounds fishy and deceptive.

Recommendation: BB’s promos – file under the letter ‘S’ as in scams – destination: garbage.

I’ll be scrutinizing some of their frequent emails in a different way from now on.

Sorry you got tricked, nobody deserves that crap.

Regards,

Thats right... You open a new account and deposit $20 (or more) and BB's will pay you $50 CASH via NETeller. For those players who don't have NETeller, we will deposit the $50 directly into your new casino account. This will be 100% withdrawable money, with no bonus terms or playthrough requirements

that statement is from BBs. So if you dont have a neteller account, it goes into your casino account. But did you post both your casino account id and neteller account id at BBs in the appropriate thread? If not you need to do that so the appropriate account can be credited.

If you do have a neteller account, post that fact there and question them as to whether or not the money can be put into neteller instead of your casino account.

If you need any further assistance, you can email the owner at admin@thebonusbroadcast.com and I do hope this helps you. If you still dont get any satisfaction, please post again or pm me, and I will try to help you.

bartongrl1, thanks for the info. I did give my Neteller details to BBs and my casino ID, but the $50 was put into my casino account anyway. I tried to withdraw it to my Neteller and the casino said I had taken a bonus (I did not request one) and had to wager $600 to withdraw. I tried to but lost it all. So my experience is that the $50 for $20 does not work out that way. I guess there really is no "free lunch".

The $50 promotion at BB's...

NO ADVERTISING OTHER SITES WITHOUT PERMISSION!!!!!
I have never been to OPU until today, so let me tell you why I am here now...
Several members of BB's have contacted me with news of this post regarding the promotion that we are currently running for our members, which offers anyone who opens a new "Real money" account at any one of the 9 Fortune Lounge casinos, and then makes at least one deposit, a CASH payment of $50. Sounds almost too good to be true, doesn't it?

Well let me assure you all - this offer is 100% legitimate!

BB's will pay anyone $50 CASH via NETeller, if all of the following are verified:
- You have no previous or existing accounts at the casino.
- You registered the new account through one of the links provided by BB's
- You make at least one deposit in the new account. The minimum amount is $20.

(If you do not have a NETeller account, you can still get in on this offer! We will have the casino deposit $50 CASH directly into your casino account. That is CASH - straight from BB's to you. There are NO terms and NO playthrough requirements on the $50. This can be verified by contacting the casino support staff.)

That's it! It's quite simple actually!

Some people ask me how it is possible to offer this promotion, which obviously costs more money than it brings in... The answer is simple. BB's is paid a referral fee by a marketing company that advertises the Fortune Lounge group of nine (Viper) casinos. As an incentive for players to register their new Fortune Lounge casino accounts through BB's "referrer links" and banners, we have decided to refund a generous portion of the referral fee right back to the players who chose to sign up through our links and banners!

So now you see how it works, and how it can be financially possible, but maybe you are still skeptical of an offer that sounds too good to be true. I think I may be able to take away any doubts that you still have by asking a few people who have already taken advantage of this offer to come post their thoughts and personal experiences with this promotion. I think you will see that I am being 100% honest and straightforward with you about this offer.

Please come back and check this thread a bit later... See what real people have to say about it. I hope that this board will leave this thread up for a few days so that people can decide whether it is real or a "scam" for themselves, rather than just by the handful of negative posts that are at the beginning of this thread.

Thank you for taking the time to read this message.

All the Best,
davethom

davethom:

Be that as it may, THE FACTS ARE:

1. I opened a new (NEVER HAD AN EXISTING) account at Fortune Room USING THE LINK in the email you sent to me. I deposited $20 by Neteller into the new casino account at Fortune Room.

2. I emailed you with the new account number AND my Neteller email addy AND the details of my deposit.

3. You sent me an email acknowleding all of these facts and said I would be receiving $50 to my Neteller. I replied back to you that I looked forward to receiving the $50.

4. Instead of the $50 going to Neteller, IT WAS PUT IN MY CASINO ACCOUNT.

5. I withdrew the money in my casino account to Neteller. After 3 days of it pending, it was DENIED.

6. I called the casino and was told that I had received a new player bonus and must WAGER $600 before I could withdraw the money.

7. I tried to meet the wagers and lost all of it. I even deposited ANOTHER $20 trying to meet wagers. Lost that too.

8. I lost the $50 offered "with no wagers required" plus a $10 new player bonus I never requested and two $20 deposits. Total loss from this "free $50 for $20" deal is $100.

There is no free lunch and despite your good intentions, it does not work out that way IN MY EXPERIENCE.

If you check your records you can verify the truthfulness of all my posts. My email you sent first offer to is kooltewl@aol.com. My Neteller email is mesuzecat@aol.com.

Post Let's see

Hi everyone,

Please be advised that we mostly try not to jump to conclusions too hastily.

It could be simply that in most cases what appears to be too good to be true is just so.

For the time being, as there is another dispute discussed, this thread may have to be rebumped - be our guest.

We’ve heard what our respected member Mesuzecat had to say, and as she has ostensibly followed the steps required of her, this appears to have failed for her.

As for you, davethom, Sir, please feel free to show us how yourself and your promotion may have been misunderstood, and assure us that your campaign is actually fool-proof.

Sincerely,
