Connect to Casino Hoax

Hello,

Just wanted everyone to know that Connect to Casino is the worst casino on the net. I joined about a month ago and had several issues with cashing out, overall I dicided to play the winnings and lost over $300.00. I deposited over $500.00 in real money to date.

Today is my B-Day they sent me an e-mail stating: "All birthday boys and girls get $ 50 free on their birthdays if they email: Support@connectocasino.com with "My birthday" in the subject line! You must have deposited $ 50 or more at some time in the past to be eligible for this promotion. "

I did and nothing, I opened 4 tickets for them to call me back since midnight yesterday and nothing, I called the "Emergency line" no reply, I e-mailed them 3x between yesterday and today and still nothing.

Well it seems I got BURNED and it's my B-day. But just wanted to say PLAYERS BEWARE <---------

Thanks for the heads up.

But here we go again…

It’s not you fault, pokerkings, as you may not have known this.

Connect To Casino is well renowned for having disgruntled players that have taken Bonuses with them, then try to cashout. Their terms are misleading to say the least. I personally discourage anyone from playing with a bonus there… actually I do recommend that every player stay away from that outfit, period. Stay far away!

First, what reason were you given for being denied a cashout to begin with, and what bonus, if any, did you take? Have you met wagering requirements and have you followed all of the rules. Do you have documentation, in the shape of screenshots, copies of your emails and/or chat sessions in your communications with them? Is this the first forum where you bring up this issue? Is your account presently locked?

If you would be so kind as to gather all the info that you have and put them to our attention? This would be appreciated in order to see clearly what has occurred. In the meantime, to demonstrate some of this casino’s ‘shiftiness’ when it come to bonus terms, they have a main promotion page that says clearly that a 30X playthrough applies for all bonuses.

But on subsequent other pages of rules, for each of their huge bonuses offered they state different terms. Per example if you would have taken their huge 1,600% bonus up to a deposit of $500, giving you a $800 bonus, on a subsequent page copied and pasted from the site, it states:

Policy on all bonuses of 1000% and above.

The wagering requirements on all bonuses of 1000% and above are 60 times the amount of the deposit + bonus. The maximum withdrawable amount on such bonuses is half that of the bonus. All remaining funds will be removed from your account once your withdrawal is processed.

Connect To Casino does not wish to limit its players in any way hence players are allowed to play any and all games they want even with bonus money! BUT you need to have the required playthrough numbers in the 3 games mentioned below before you may request withdrawals: All slot machines, European Slot Poker and Keno.

As far as your $50 birthday chip goes… I Imagine that you should have been entitled to it and received it since they also state that wagering requirements carry over, should you take more than one bonus… then again what other shifty technical excuse could have been used against you remains a mystery, until you fill us in further…

If only you would have inquired here before playing that casino, which is one to avoid, you probably would have saved yourself some grief.

Until we hear from you further, good luck - and fellow members, please avoid the Connect To Casino Bonus Traps!

Damian will tell you that he and I disagree about CTC and have for years. However, I do receive a birthday bonus of $50 (and have received it for the past three years). Poker should escalate this problem with CTC's promotions guy (John Spears) at john@connectocasino.com.
