Yes I did post this complaint on another forum, but have had no replies and the thread is not on the main screen anymore. Here are the rest of the details:

Now this is the problem, I have no way of telling how many times I have wagered this $77.70, because they don't post that info in your account. But believe me I have wagered more than 30X and still have hundreds. All I play are the Video Slots!
In order to play at that site again, I need to complete the cashout process $77.70, and have the rest of that bonus money deleted. Until that’s done I can't really play there. Through no fault of my own I beat their 30X playthrough, and they refuse to talk to me
