I am having some issues with POC and need some advice: On May 23,2005, I received a Lucky 777 Coupon promo from them. Prior to that I was using there play for fun option. They gave me $77.70 for the coupon, with no deposit require. Rules said there was a 30X play through. Well here we are in Late Aug. and I'm still playing on that bonus Money. I have been playing a min of $100 each day I play and now late Aug. My balance there has been as low as $4 and as high as about $900. At the moment I have a $724. I contacted Customer Service and asked why the $2393.92 play through balance, in my account history, never goes down Here is their response:

Since that time I caught Bianca in live help, but she stopped responding, when I told her who I was. I than emailed all my personal info, so she could find me in her data base. That was 2 weeks ago. I emailed them again a few days ago and still no response. To check if their computer knew who I am, I made a small deposit and it was accepted, so I must have a account there. I have never been at a site where they just ignore their players questions. Seems to me, by a stroke of luck, I met their Play through requirements, and they wont honor my win! Any suggestions?

First off, welcome to the OPU!

Is this the first board where you have mentioned your issue with GP?

There are Free Chips out there that you subsequently have to deposit (a catch) in order to claim winnings, are you certain that was not a clause?

I somewhat suspect that you may have been done wrong… GP has had complaints before, but we have to reserve any judgment for now…

But, please keep in mind that this is now the weekend, and give us time to look into this further…

In the meantime... the more info that you can give us on this thread, the better…!

The $10 is a deposit I made to verify I had an account there. CS said they could not find me!

Now this is the problem, I have no way of telling how many times I have wagered this $77.70, because they don't post that info in your account. But believe me I have wagered more than 30X and still have hundreds. All I play are the Video Slots!

In order to play at that site again, I need to complete the cashout process $77.70, and have the rest of that bonus money deleted. Until that’s done I can't really play there. Through no fault of my own I beat their 30X playthrough, and they refuse to talk to me

1. By what you say, you’ve done that and more… OK. But having done it is a must...!

2. Did you only play Slots & Keno? You say yes. OK. But try to remember if you - only once! – may have played something else…?

--”You may cash out a maximum amount of $77.7”

3. It’s clear here that you may only cash out a maximum amount of $77.7. Did you try cashing out $77?

That must be done with many casinos, after cashing out – and many casinos won’t remind you of this if you forget…!

This is quizzical… how about clearing up question 3 for starters…?

If you have not accumulated any comp points it looks as if you have not bet that much. You said that you bet 100.00 per day, that means it would take a month to make play through. Also I WOULD NOT make any more wagers until you have that 10.00 deposit removed. You do not want the casino dis allowing your win because you deposited when you all ready had a balance. Call them and get a conformation e-mail before playing there anymore.

I do have a Comp Balance: 0.0621 not very big but its there, and has been for some time now. If POC was talking to me, I wouldn't be here posting. I'm about ready to say screw the whole thing and think of it as a lesson learned. It just really ticked me off that they wouldn't even answer my emails or live chat. Great CS!

Now, if I know something of the previous poster, Phyngster, that has commented to you, it’s that he knows much more about RTG software that most of us put together… seriously!

I would heed by what he advises you to do first.

A comp balance of 0.0621 would reflect very little play indeed!

For myself, I’m thinking: did Cyalater98 play Cleopatra’s Gold? - as the following is from GP’s fine print:

“Please be aware that the new slot game "Cleopatra's Gold" does not accumulate comp points.”

If you’ve mainly played that game it would explain your miniscule comp points balance.

This is how I played:

I might start off with Diamond Dozen. I will play until I lose $25. I Stay at this game until I have lost the $25 or gained $25 or more.

Than I would do the Same with Gold Beard, than Caesar's Empire.

If I lose a total of $75 off my session bal. I quit. If the slots are hot I go through the whole list of video games. Than quit. I have made it through all the games quite often. I have won sizable amounts in Gold Beard, Diamond Dozen and Caesar's Empire. I have played my share of Cleopatra's Gold, but always held my own, not really winning or losing, but good for reducing playthrough amount. Now you know my strategy lol
