Where Can One Find HELP!!!!!
Hello if anyone out there can tell me where I can seek help regarding my cash out that the casino planetluck does not want to pay me, for reasons that I can confirm is not the truth. Honestly I have posted my nightmare on a few forum sites and stated the reasons that I was told why. But due to several different reason told to me by the support team I am still unclear. When requesting that they send to me a letter to why my cash out has not been honored I was told that I will be contacted by top management and that was over 2 months ago when this request was made.
Please if any one has any links that can help me as an online player that has been abused by this site. I would appreciate that very much pattyj59

Why can't the casino's/sportsbooks just friggin pay out... I am sure someone will know what to do on this site.. Check back tomorrow, and you should have some advice..

I'm sorry but we won't be able to help you. You're said to have multiple accounts and other various reasons why they won't pay you.
If you signed up with them through our banner, we could intervene, but they are not a sponsor of our site and I've read all your posts thoroughly at other forums.

Hi Patty,
I’ve looked at the other forums, as well…
It looks pretty bad as having any hope at seeing your winnings, and that’s saying it mildly…
There’s too many infractions to even think about a dispute:
Chargebacks… and numerous accounts from one computer…!
Other than saying welcome to the OPU, I’m afraid there’s nothing we can do.
I sincerely think that you should let it go.

To all of those who had mention to me that I should give it up.......... I am not going to do so. I have done nothing wrong at any on line casino sites whom I might have an account with. For the records that is not more than 10 accounts, that I opened, 4 with Iglobal, and a few with microgaming, maybe 1 or 2 with playtech and a bingo site perhaps. I am saying this so no one would misunderstand me about the 10 accounts that I may have had.
The point of this message is to say that I will not be posting any other messages concerning my issue with Planetluck. I have finally received an email from management, and now I am hoping that see will listen to my side of this problem and see that the facts were as I stated: in no way had I committed any type of fraud with the casino. I have be nothing but honest and loyal as an on line player.
I have faith in this because the truth will prevail itself and those who are innocent will be proven innocent and justice will be done. I believe that something good will come out of this for both myself and the casino.
I am not here to bad mouth any on line casino site I was only enjoying online gambling even if it was a short thrill, the thrill is over for me no more gambling on line as far as I am concern. It's almost over I hope, once I am paid I will be history. I do hope that is the way the end will go.

Ok Patty, tell you what......Post your story, ALL of it, include chat transcripts, email the whole nine yards.
We will contact planet luck AFTER we review all the facts presented by you.
I will consolidate your issue, and present it to them. Then we will see what they have to say. I will post that response as well. And we will discuss your issue in an open minded manner and see what if anything can be done.
If you deny chargebacks, and multiple accounts, then so be it.
If you deny these things, and it is proven otherwise, the Union members will not respond to you very kindly. Not to mention your name will be drug thru the mud, and you will forever be listed as a fradulent player. Something the Players Union does not look kindly upon.
If you have a legitimate claim, we will assist you. We make no promise of a positive outcome.
Now lets say you DID make a few errors in judgement in the past, and you decide to come clean and admit a few.......indiscretions (chargebacks or multiple user accounts) now would be the time to come clean. The OPU members would respect that level of honesty, and be more willing to carry your flag, if the call comes from me to do so.
Review.
Post EVERYTHING
Be HONEST
We will make an effort to contact the casino, and see what their side is.
We will post that response if any is given.
Then we will decide what to do next, if anything.

The ‘allegations’ of multiple infractions had me thinking in one direction only.
You are adamant in your quest, and after further reading, I have to say that I might have been guilty of jumping to the simplest conclusion.
For now I have to agree that you are entitled to the benefit of doubt.

Thank you for being fair and open minded, to players who seem to have gotten themselves into a dilemma with an online casino. Also thank you for giving me the chance to give my explanation of what and how I had interpreted this matter to be.
I have only told the truth through out this whole ordeal. I know that I have posted several long, and somewhat confusing messages. This is only because this matter is way more complicated than it seems to be. There were to many different reasons and explanations I was given surrounding this issue.
At this point I was I was unable to put it into one simple sentence/paragraph to where it explained clear enough what was happening, and what I was dealing with.
m249a (boss) I was finally contact just last week by the manger Rachel, I had replied to her email and I am hoping that everything I sent would not only clear all this up and allow me to have my winnings, winnings that was won fair and honest.
So be for I post anything regarding this issue I wish to give them a chance to look over this matter once again. I know if the truth is told then my winnings would be honored by the casino PlanetLuck. If the casino has not acted on this soon (Boss) I would ask if you will allow me to go ahead and post my explanation along with all my live chat sessions and anything else that I might have which will show that I am telling the truth.
I do not wish to bad mouth any online casino site. I also wish not to have a bad reputation as an online player, I stated earlier on that online gambling I will no longer be doing. This has really put me in a shock as well as caused me problems in my personal life with the ones that I love more than life itself.

I might have also acted the same after all it would look like one would only be aware of this much activities going on especially if the same computer was used. I I swear all I said is true, and I am hoping the casino will see it as well.
As far as forgiveness there is no need to be forgiven we speak what we feel I am just glad you saw things a little different and acknowledge that I should given the benefit of doubt.
