Noble Poker warning!
Since alot of people are signing upto Noble's because of the coming OPU freeroll I was to let everyone know of my ongoing problem with them.
I signed up to their site and withing a few moments of first loggin on up pops a support box offering me a $10 bonus for making a deposit. Nice one, or so I thought.... I then make a $40 deposit and they add the $10 bonus.
I then get an email thanking me for depositing and telling me i have to play X number of rake dhands before i can withdraw. So I gets onto support and ask how much a pot has to be before it is raked. $1 is the reply, ahh okay I thinks.
Well a bit about myself, I currently only play micro limit poker I play usually tables on UB with a $2 max. I read somewhere it was recomended that you use 1/20 of your bankroll on the tables you play.
So off i trotts to the tables and play for about an hour and a half on the micro limit tables playing in several pots well in excess of the $1 rake.
Also I play in a private members freeroll for another forum I am a member of that has freerolls on Nobles and win $10.
So anyway I decides that I want to redeposit in another site so want to pull out my roll from this site. So I contact tech support to confirm I have played enough raked hands, I then get informed I have played zero raked hands. Now this is crap as ive played lots of hands over $1. I then get told that it does not count unless its on the 25/50 tables or above.
Well Im sorry but I am not prepared to play underolled and risk more than I can afford, so I attempt to withdraw what I have in my account leaving the bonus money they gave me in the account.
I then get a message telling me that they will not allow me to do so. Obviously im not too happy and send them an email asking them to remove the bonus funds and release my funds. Also a short while later I play in another forum freeroll (yeah I get about a bit) and win $2.5.
A couple of hours later I then log onto my account and find my balance has been reset to $40.... erm...
Yes $40 the original amount of my deposit. Instead of removing the promotional $ they had given me instead they decided to take my winnings from my private freerolls as well as their promotional money and reset my balance to $40.
The promotional funds yes thats fine thats what I asked for but the money I won from those freerolls was not their money to take, so I send them an email and guess what.. no reply no nothing. I have since logged onto nobles several times and I still ahve only $40 in the account.
Was it too taxing to just remove the promotional funds? Too much like hard work? Or was it intentional to remove funds which have been won in these private games?
Nobles!! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!

Just recieved this email from Nobles.
Dear David,
Thank you for choosing Noble Poker.
David as you had requested to have your balance amended to reflect your initial deposit. $ 23.06 the amount of your total winnings and bonuses combined was removed from your account.
Once a request has been made to have the bonus removed the winnings will be voided as winings were earned after you received the bonus funds.
We do hope that this has clarified this matter.
Thank you.
With any more questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Noble Poker Support Team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Best Regards,
Latisha
Noble Poker

The money won however was won from private freeroll tourniments not from using any of their bonus money! This was not their money to remove, and I would be interested to know if my balance was below my innital deposit amount would they have been so eager to reset it to that amount. Please OPU help me.

I have replyed to nobles again explaining that the funds I had won from the freerolls was done so risking none of their bonus money, infact risking no money at all.
This is really pathetic, the bonus they gave me was done so under misrepresentation it was not at the time explained at all of any penalty to accepting the bonus and in the email recieved after it was even then misrepresented.
Even though this dispute is over very little $, its the principle if they will screw me for the sake of $9.5 then what will they do to others who actually risk any amount of $ that could make a real difference to somebody.

Ok, since you accepted the bonus, you agreed to the terms of said bonus. There is a link on their site describing the rules of the 10 buck free chip.
Now assuming you never dipped below you original bankroll ( deposit) while playing the ring games, IE you profited from the games, plus won from the free rolls, you have a case. IF we can prove support did indeed mislead you.
Now, once you accept the freebie chip, you agree to the terms and conditions. So if you DID drop below $10.00 in total loss at your ring games, then you don't have a case. Since they could sipmly say you were then using their money to play, and you didn't play in any stakes high enough to clear the rake requirement on the freebie.
I will contact them and see what I can work out, but it is clearly stated on their T&C page what must happen in order for you to clear the free chip bonus.
PM me with your noble assigned user ID....it begins with "NPR" and I will look into this for you ASAP.

Ultimately the poker site is probably right as I'm assuming what they did was in the rules that you agreed to when you signed up, but that is still kinda iffy as far as that rule goes.
I'd kick myself for not reading the rules but not really be happy with the situation. I am going to deposit some money into Noble and give it a go and will definately report my experience there and if I have any similar issues.
Like I said, it's a tough spot to be in but Noble is probably going by there rules on this one.
