This player is simply confused as to her own bank's transaction processing delays.
She submitted a transaction at Poker.com that was not processed due to her refusal to complete one of our verification procedures.
She then claimed that we charged her card, but that was impossible as the transaction did not even make it to our credit card processing system due to her refusal to complete verification.
I think what happened is her transaction for the same amount on the 24th was simply delayed hitting her credit card statement, making her think that we had charged her on the 30th. Transactions are quite often delayed, especially in the UK due to their outdated banking systems. Add to this it was Christmas and anyone can understand why there would be delays.
She didn't even have to wait that long for a response. I was personally dealing with her and 24 hours had not even passed from the time I finally received an email from her (her son enquired originally and I asked the account holder to email herself) before she was

ing every poker.com email address she could find with rude demands and disrupting our forum with multiple, crazed posts. I had another 5 emails from her in my inbox this morning.
I'm sorry the OPU was subjected to this also.
I guess it takes all types of people to make sure the world is an interesting place, but I really wish that I didn't have to deal with so many like this one!
