Again last night I tried to deposit money and wastold I wasnt eligible for the clisck to pay bonus and again the transaction apparently didnt go through.I e-mailed them immediately again. got a reply that I would hear from some one soon. Once again time has gone by and noone gets back to me.They are the only site I know of that you cannot call they apparently dont have phones or dont know how to use them.I think this is where the three stooges retired to. I went to Titan anmd immediately made a deposit by click to pay. apparently it works there but then I guess Moe or cvurly isnt handling things there. bigedn

I've had no problems depositing with Poker.com

What method were you using?

He was trying to use Click2Pay. He's been able to deposit using them everywhere else except for Poker.com. And also, they've been ignoring his emails, etc.

I've had several problems with them myself, including losing money over a long period by their software either throwing me out of a tournament near the end and not letting me back in, or putting me in automatic sitout during a money game (this has happened to me repeatedly). I'm not putting a penny into their establishment again until they get on the ball and do something about the money I've lost there. The last I heard from them is they told me to send them a list of hand numbers (which took forever to do and I only sent them 3 days worth when it's been happening since I downloaded their software). Anyway, I don't think that they thought I'd send them the hand information because of the trouble it takes to go back and do that. Once I sent them the information they requested, I never heard back from them again.

The OPU is supposed to be working on this for me because they are a good customer of theirs. I'm waiting for a resolution (but I just wanted you to know that BigEdN is not alone in having problems with Poker.com).

That's too bad. It's disappointing to hear the problems people have been having, especially when i've had none depositing or withdrawing.

By the sounds of it, i'm not overly impressed with their customer service. It's now leaving doubt in my mind if i ever get stuck in the same situation.

Bigedn, I took a look at your account (both of them) and see that you have made successful Click2Pay deposits at Poker.com and used the C2PTEN bonus code successfully.

Which account were you attempting the deposit in when you experienced a problem?

And which account would you like me to shut down, as you are only permitted to have one account under our T & C?

Well I'm not sure about BigEdN and having more than one account, but I know that I have only one account and I've had major problems with Poker.com. They're customer service sucks big time and they don't have a phone number to reach them (at least not that I know of). I was told the Tuesday before last by an OPU member that I would have money in my account the next day to make up for all of my hassle with them. I still haven't seen my money. So, as far as I'm concerned I've been wronged by BOTH Poker.com AND the OPU.
