Mavericks NBA Champs
Tonight the Dallas Mavericks beat the Miami Heat with a score of 105-95 in game six and are now officially the 2011 NBA Champs!
If you followed any of the playoffs than you probably already know who was MVP pf this final game... Dirk Nowitzki. He certainly earned it. He played through fevers due to a sinus infection and other physical injuries. He struggled in the game a bit tonight but he did enough to pull them through.
I am so glad that the Mavericks won. They aren't a team that I follow but they were definitely the underdogs and I always cheer for the underdogs unless my team is playing lol.
I don't care for Miami's "Big Three" much at all. I think they are overrated and LeBron James is definitely arrogant.
The Mavs were the better team and they won the jewelry. Good for them!
