Roulette tips

These are 10 tips to be a winner:

1.Understand that there is a house edge, you can not remove it so know that it there.

2.Do not buy a system, it is all random.

3.Play European Roulette, the American wheel has an extra double 0 making the house advantage almost double the European wheel where the house edge is only 2.63%.

4.Know the odds, play at just below even with the house and your money will last longer and you will have staying power.

5.Know the best bet of all, to be a winner you need to know what the best bet is.

6.Do not believe in streaks, it is a myth that there are winning streaks.

7.Set your bankroll in advance, once it is gone it is time to stop playing.

8.Have fun, the reason to play any game.

9.Do not get emotional, treat the game as it is all fun.

10.Where to play, it is online for a lot of people today.

Re: Roulette tips

My best tip for playing Roulette is.....DON'T!

I have tried the game on a few different occasions, but there are just to many chances to lose in the game. You would save yourself time and effort by just giving the site or casino your money rather than attempting to win playing this game.

But that is all just my opinion.

Re: Roulette tips

That's a good one scoobygirl30...
I haven't play roulette either.

I've watched some of the Las Vegas tips on TV and they mentioned that the house has the best edge with roulette, more than just about any game on the casino floor, other than the money wheel of course.

I also watch a program on tv about roulette tips and it's almost like starting out in craps; you bet on the pass line to start.

I forget how the rest goes since I'm not interested in roulette in the first place.

Re: Roulette tips

I don't understand why anyone would want to play a game where the chances of winning anything at all is so slim and it isn't very amusing to watch!!

I mean slots, black jack and what not are also slim bets as well, but at least they are usually rather fun to watch, which means they are fun to play.

I guess it is just how I think about things. I would rather waste my money (which is what you normally do when gambling) doing something fun and a bit on the amusing side, rather than something like Roulette where there isn't much to see and it is over quickly.

A friend of mine went to Vegas on vacation last year and she managed to lose $700.00 in like 2 or 3 spins playing roulette. This is why I avoid the game. It is just a waste to me.
