A big winner.

Some lucky person in North Carolina may not have been in front of a slot machine or at a poker table, but they hit big anyway.

There was one winning lottery ticket for the $141M jackpot but the prize has not been claimed yet.

There were also 8 other winners of $200,000 each. Kudos and congrats to all you winners.

WTG!!! North Carolinians!!! I sure wish I had that lucky ticket..LOL I am sure they will come forward, but like me if was me I would not tell anyone..LOL

I would have an attorney collect the winnings for me and put it into a bank account.

But talk about a life altering win, this is one that could be life altering for the winner, their children, their grandchildren. And I am very glad to see it happen.

I just hope that they do have the good grace to donate some of these winnings to a charity that needs it.

I know that if I ever win big like that I will donate to St. Judes Childrens Hospital as they do wonderful work with sick kids.

You and me both bart!!! St. Jude is a fantastic charity!

They not only do wonderful things for the sick kids, but make it so the parents can stay there with them. And it is all FREE!! They would diffinately be my choice.

Frank Griffin, a retired man from Ashville, North Carolina is $47M richer after he won the $141M lottery.

Franks plans? To spend more time with his wife.

He had $5 left after getting gas and decided to spend it on lottery tickets and let the machine pick the numbers. A friend told him that there was no way he would win.

Guess that friend was wrong.

So he finally came out from hiding huh? I am happy for him and his family, they are sure set for life. He must have chosen to take the cash, 47 M is alot less than 141 but hey I would take it..LOL

47 Million is still plenty of money to enjoy life on with out any worries. I wish I could say I was also a winner, but I dont have the kind of luck it takes to win big like this.

Its also sweet to hear that his first course of action is to spend time with his wife and family. That is just awesome!!!
