I heard this months ago, but never heard anything else til now. i wonder how many players have been taken by them?

Can you give more details? I’m not defending this group, but they have made recent changes to improve their image an this issue could result in a serious set back for Andrew and Maxie.

Their live help never works, and if you don't sign up as player there is no way to contact them.

I had one player complaint and I have several affiliates who are owed a lot of money but cannot withdraw or contact anyone.

I rarely ever get any player complaints, so I attach great weight to them.

I have contacted the Program owners on this issue and have received a speedy reply. He stated he is

There are two threads about them on the CAP forum(www.casinoaffiliateprograms.com )

I would like to talk to them about it myself. I have been trying to find a way to contact them for going on a year. Very bad form, and not at all trustworthy. No withdrawal button and no contact opportunity, what kind of business is that?

I am afraid that mediation is out of the question as long as there is not a contact possibility for EVERYONE who does business with them. It's an easy fix, I can install a contact function within ten minutes.

As far as the player goes, she did not sign up under GamesandCasino, so I referred her to Casinomeister. Had she been one of us, I would have signed up as a player to gain access to contact and taken care of it.

I’m not sure I understand why you are having difficulty contacting them. Their contact information can be found at Casino City http://online.casinocity.com/bingo/sunshine-bingo/ I believe your best bet is to email support@bingologic.com. If this does not get you results, let me know and I will PM you the addy of the Network Mgr.

I do agree that trying to contact them from their Bingo Page is a farce because you need to sigh up to contact them. Same on their webmasters page. One would think this would be an easy fix for them.

Maybe they don't have a contact onsite for the same reason they have no withdrawal option there...

I have tried to contact them every which way, pulling addresses from posts here and from other websites and I get no replies. I shouldn't even have had to do that, there should be a simple withdrawal button on their site.

They just don't want to pay up. They are rogue as can be.

And now they have changed the site so I can't even login anymore.

Shame on you, sunshine. May you go where the sun don't shine.
