States like California are running out of money and have become desperate for new revenue streams. Some, like Illinois, have begun to look at online gambling as potential cures for state budget woes.

if you stop and think about it this just might
be the way to get this country our of the red and

Hopefully this will be the beginning of legalizing online gambling. If California does legalize it, and it does indeed end the budget deficit there, then other states will follow. We can certainly hope that this is the case.

Isn't that the greatest news. California always seems to be the first
to do anything important to the people. The government will get the
hint eventually but it will be quicker if california is sucessful. More
revenue from gambling is going to help everywhere its just a matter
of show and tell right now however. Pray people we need all the help
we can get on this matter.

They say that what happens in California sweeps the nation and Im hoping this one does a quick sweep.

There are actually people out there addicted to buying lottery tickets, so why should online gambling, or for that matter, gambling anywhere be any different?

The quicker gambling is legalized the better it will be for all.
